"Exactly as pictured, and what you would expect for a cabin in the woods. Little walk down to the river which is so relaxing. Easy check in and check out. Very dog friendly - we’ve booked “dog friendly” before and then they end up with a hundred rules about the dogs, not here which made our stay that much more enjoyable. Maybe ten minutes from red lodge which is so nice! Highly recommend staying here, wish we could have stayed more than one night. Hoping to come back again! "

"A great quiet retreat near the mountains. Loved meeting the animals, watching the stars at night, and exploring the area.A good portion of the drive in is on a dirt roads, but it’s easily accessible.Note there is limited use of electricity at night, so consider bringing portable chargers if you need to charge any devices."

"Exceptionally clean and comfortable. View is peaceful and refreshing. Was not within walking distance of downtown Red Lodge as there isn’t a sidewalk or safe route into town. "

"Great little spot for the weekend. The hot tub was a great way to relax. Easy to find. Cute and cozy. Perfect distance from the main strip- not too far, not too close."

"This is a small cabin/hotel property in Silver Gate Montana, very convenient to Yellowstone NP. I stayed in a cabin which was clean and provided all I needed. The lighting was a little dark. There are a few restaurants nearby but more in Cooke City which is just 4 miles east of Silver Gate. The staff was helpful and made sure you had what you needed. A neat experience!"

"Rented all three places.Everything was just great.We were 13, everyone/couple had a bedroom and plenty of room to get away.The place and grounds were perfect.We caught many fish just off the backyard.The kitchen and dinning area were fabulous places to be together.We'll be back."

"Beautiful home and property, walking distance to Cooke City. Location is perfect for access to Yellowstone. Owners have thought of everything, and they are just a text away if you need anything! "

"The hotel is very neglected...... bad smell of cigarettes everywhere...... very old and bad furniture..... the coffee at the reception is terrible.... but the staff try hard and it is well located for those who are going up in the state of Montana!"
