Fortunately another couple waiting for 4pm checkin explained they received an email defining a log in code, and ability to login to the door keypad when a timer in the sky allows. We thought this was a typical motel, not an AirBnB thing. Prior to their advice I tried calling a number in Wyoming for assistance and got a message indicating there is a motel host. There was not.
