"We came to Fairfield because we thought we would be getting great service. We did not get room service because the maids cannot read English I hung a door hanger out for what I thought was room service. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free, the beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed having access to the pool during our visit. The complimentary continental breakfast was a great addition and provided everything we needed to start our day. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would definitely stay here again."

"Property wasn't clean (sticky, wet floor in bathroom near tub; dirty mirror; crumbs on the chair in living room). There were no remotes for either TV. No hangers. No drain in bathroom sink. No ice cube trays to make ice. Minimal kitchen supplies. At least the fridge worked. The worst part was waking up to a major police presence in parking lot, with yellow police tape only 2 doors down from me (I was on 1st floor)! No one in office to check with. Just glad to get out of there."
