"The host was very polite and courteous. Love the little cabin bed very comfortable perfect for what we need it just a suggestion. They should throw some signs out there for the passerby’s to slow down as they kick up the dust. It’s on a dirt road. The highlight of it is there’s a running creek behind the cabins. "

"Amazing cabin, everything you need."

"We loved this home! Awesome to have two dishwashers, 2 large refrigerators, 4 washers n 4 dryers. The kids loved the canoes and dock. What a plus to have fishing poles and life jackets. The pool table was also a hit!! We loved the views from the back deck and the convenience to get places. "

"A beautiful well kept condo with everything stated ascorrect. Well stocked kitchen, comfy, cozy and clean.The condo had breathtaking views of Pagosa Peak and other surrounding mountains.We loved this condo location.We didn't need to communicate with owners for all instructions were clearly stated."

"It was an awesome house that has literally everything you need . The host was incredible and even set up a kennel for my dog which came in so handy . Nice front porch with Mountain View’s. It was in walking distance of everything . "

"Overall this was a great property and would highly recommend. The location was perfect. Located in a neighborhood near downtown, it's within walking distance from lots of shopping, restaurants and the Springs resort. The house had plenty of space for my family of 4. Very clean with a modern farmhouse design. The hosts were also very responsive and made us feel very welcomed. My only callout is there needs to a full curtain in the living room. You can see directly into the living room and kitchen...

" Beth’s place was perfect and extremely comfortable for 4 adults. The beds were great, kitchen well stocked, chairs to sit outside on both the front and riverside balconies. The location was excellent, it was close to town, a park, the Springs resort. Would gladly stay there again!!"

"We truly loved our stay in this spacious "loft". It was so nice to have a full kitchen and the ability to spread out.The bed is super comfy and the towels and robes were great as well!This place is all about the location. Multiple amazing places to eat are within walking distance including food trucks literally right down the alley. We also really enjoyed kips for some tacos.The hippy dip is just across the street and overlook hot springs are next door. We did have the AC on pretty much full...

"We truly enjoyed our stay. The location of the house was very convenient and close to everything you need in town. We even got to see several large bucks grazing in the yard one morning. We love visiting Pagosa on our family vacations and would stay again if available next time we are in area."

"We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable place on Main Street. I meant to leave a note. Several TV remotes needed new batteries. Also, instructions to connect the remote to the TV’s would have been helpful. Certainly a mini inconvenience and did not reflect on our experience. We would stay with you again! "
