"Overall the facilities and accommodation were excellent. Communication with reception was not. Took a while to be let in and instructions for parking etc was quite vague.After booking in we discovered we weren't given the internet voucher and only had 2 towels for 3 of us. When I rang them I was told they ran out of towels for that day and would give us one tomorrow. This never happened so we had to buy one. Internet was fixed within 20 minutes. Although this happened I would recommend this...
