"This Best Western fit our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was well prepared with an excellent layout. The whole facility was very clean. One drawback was the fitness room odor was rather unpleasant and needed airing. Its location made getting to the eastern suburbs of Rochester and into the Finger Lakes very easy. We will definitely be staying there again."
