Definitely not worth $120+ taxes. The cancellation policy which I agreed to meant no refund at that late stage but I didn't care, I had to leave for my own peace of mind. Room was dirty, not maintained, electrical sockets unsafe, tap for toilet hand washing is also the kitchenette sink, the tap for the sink was falling off, surfaces sticky and dirty, drawers falling apart and there was urine and toilet paper from someone else in the bathroom.
