"We stayed at the Vivanta for three nights in April and loved it! The hotel is beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable but what we loved most was the staff. I don’t remember being treated better at any hotel. From check in to the wait staff, hostess, manager and even the chef, we were treated like family and taken care of so well that we hated to leave. The Lodge is located centrally so that you can get out and eat at restaurants or stay and eat at the lodge. Plenty of things to do and see in town. Highly recommended."

"The staff was lovely and helpful and when we asked what could be done as our bed was inclined and a terrible mattress in the noisy budget room, they upgraded us to the better room at no extra cost. This was also their worst room as we could barely walk around the bed and fit our luggage and they did show us a better budget room after our complaint. Unfortunately the restaurant was dirty and food of poor quality, although has a great location and view. There is definitely room for improvement."
