"The guard opened the gate to give us keys. We desperately Needed to rest after walking 8 km from the East-West Highway. Excellent service and awesome guide. We are Nepali Speaking U.S Citizen, they treated us like friends. I strongly Recommend Tourists to check them out."

"Loved my stay here. Very nicely run lodge— a great choice in the area that provides an upscale experience for a very reasonable amount. The staff were all lovely, the owner ever-present, making sure you’re having a great stay. But the stand-outs were the safari guides, who were so friendly and knowledgeable and worked very hard to ensure a great experience in the park. Saw tons of animals—so many rhinos!—but sadly no tigers, though the guides were super committed to trying to spot."

"The best things about this resort are the location and the staff. Sabrina on reception is always smiling and cheerful. She has "magic fingers" which repairs things. Sitaram Streatham is an outstanding waiter in the restaurant. He is very attentive but also very knowledgeable about local wildlife. Lovely gentle mannered man. Our room was very comfortable. The bathroom is a wet room so i struggle with wet floors but i bought a floor squeegy in town for just over £1 and that helped a lot. ...

"We stayed here for about 3 days here before and after trekking at Annapurna. The staff is amazing. Firstly, the manager, Ramesh, he helped us to make a trek plan. He organized all things with reasonable prices include guide or porter, trekking permit. Tims, accommodation etc. Also, he helped us to hire a car with driver for half-day to tour round surrounding area. As such, we could tour Pokhara in a short time. The rooms were very clean with great attention to detail. All staff was very friendly...

"Perfect location in chitwan for accessing the national park and river. 10minute walk to the shops and restaurants although we ate at the lodge a few times as this was ideal. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and very helpful. They arranged us a walking safari with a very experienced local guide, just me my partner and another guide (i highly recommended this small group/personal option, a lot of the other groups we encountered were larger). "The staff was lovely and helpful and when we asked what could be done as our bed was inclined and a terrible mattress in the noisy budget room, they upgraded us to the better room at no extra cost. This was also their worst room as we could barely walk around the bed and fit our luggage and they did show us a better budget room after our complaint. Unfortunately the restaurant was dirty and food of poor quality, although has a great location and view. There is definitely room for improvement."
