"Pet friendly and a good size gated yard for your furbabies. RV was as described, very roomy and the bed was super comfy. A separate building is right next to it that has an a/c, full bath, washer and dryer as well. Loved having covered parking right next to the RV. There is also another huge covered parking area on the property. This property has a pier for fishing, crabbing and a nice sitting area on the canal as well. "The location, size, and price were awesome for our family. The washer and dryer left alot to be desired. As a party of 7 who had been on the road for 2 days, I just wanted to wash clothes before we got on a ship for 7 days. My daughter's had to take turns throughout the night to get the loads washed and dried."

"DEAD ELEVATOR: If you like dragging all your full-size suitcases and carry-on luggage up two sets of stairs, this is the place for you. When you finally get to the top floor, don't bother trying to get the DEAD TV working. You'll have plenty of time to do laundry - your clean shower towels can be found in the washing machine soaking wet. LOFT DESCRIPTION: Fails to mention the DEAD ELEVATOR that they know about and refuse to fix. Discovering the TV WAS DEAD was actually funny."
