"The RV was just as advertised. We found it easy to access, clean, and stocked with the essentials. My dog and I felt right at home instantly. Having the fenced-in yard was great for him to safely run around and sleep in the sun. The A/C worked great in both the RV and the additional bathroom space. The area was quiet and peaceful. On day 4, an alligator popped its head out of the river, so pay attention! Loved the swing and chairs out by the deck. Would stay here again. I recommend buying...

"Pictures are nicer than the actual house. One of the bathroom showers was very confusing to turn off and on. Front bedroom bed was broken. There also wasn’t a water hose down stairs to rinse feet off from the beach. Was great if you want something cheap but I don’t think we’d book this specific house again. "

"The property was just as photo shown. The owners were very courteous and attentive. Always available if we had any questions. They allowed us to check in a little early which helped tremendously and was greatly appreciated. I recommend this to anyone. "This was super rough. Strong trash odor in the hallway, leak marks throughout ceilings, no internet the entire stay to work or watch movies, but what’s worse? The place was CRAWLING (literally) with heavy termite infestation. Literally pouring out of all the walls all along the living and dining room. My kids thought they were bed bugs and was didn’t want to sleep. I have videos and photos I’ll post on other forums. Needs a lot of work."

Kabana was close enough to walk to the beach and many great places to eat. We felt safe. Jamie was kind enough to let us sit on the upstairs balcony for the amazing views. "

"We had a great stay at Eric’s property!! The house is perfect and in a great location- only about 4 blocks from the beach. Eric was a great host- easy check-in and check-out instructions. I messaged him with a question at 11pm one night, expecting a reply the next day and he responded instantly!We typically stay in Galveston, but it was the first time in Bolivar. We really loved it and plan to return!"
