"Because of the high winds during our trip, we could not stay in the boat house. Kirby and Cassie reached out the morning of our arrival, telling us of the weather, and offering to put us up in the Hyatt hotel next door should we feel uncomfortable in the boat. It's truly unfortunate we couldn't stay in the boat. It is beautiful, cozy, has a wonderful view, and is so relaxing. "We LOVED this place! It was the perfect little getaway -- and the water view was amazing! The place was very clean and our host was in excellent communication with us. It was cozy, but we really appreciated being able to wake up every morning and drink coffee on the dock next to the water. "We loved staying in the Modern Flat in St. Michael’s this weekend! Our host was a great communicator and was quick to offer suggestions and answer our questions. The flat is nicely renovated and comfortable! One of the best features is the location. We parked our car when we arrived and did not get back in until we checked out. "What a spectacular home!! We all loved our stay and took advantage of the beautiful heated pool, dock, fire pit and playground. "We had a fabulous time at this location. The house is beautiful. Everything was spotless and stocked with everything we needed. Holly and Nash were very responsive and accommodating to us, even to go as far as ordering something for my baby to use at the house. The house is beautifully decorated and has so many things to do and not even have to leave, fire pit, hot tub, games, pool table plus and amazing master shower!!! We will definitely come back next year. "
