"Beautiful view and very friendly and helpful host! We really enjoyed our stay and the hot tub. I did notice that there was quite a bit of dog hair around the place but we aren’t super particular about that, they do allow dogs. We have our own pets at home so it doesn’t bother us but you may want to keep it in mind if you have any allergies. "

"My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay. Ken and Patti were friendly, attentive hosts and very responsive. The space was very clean and spacious, the bed comfortable, and the AC unit worked well and was really quiet. We especially enjoyed the fire pit and the nicely landscaped yard."

"It was a very calm, peaceful stay. The wonderful, bubbling water features could be seen and heard from our room. The breakfasts were very delicious. Eating breakfast on the front porch while watching and listening to a half dozen different bird species sing to us was quite enjoyable. The room was exquisite. "We loved staying here. The mountin view was amazing and we had some spectacular sunsets. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked and we cooked dinner a couple of nights. Downtown Boone is very convenient and we went there most days. We would definitely stay here again."
