"apartamento pequeno mas completo,cama confortável, decoração clean e aconchegante, chuveiro bom, a cozinha tem tudo,menos forno convencional, somente microondas, o código de acesso,funcionou perfeitamente. não cheguei a usar mas a lavanderia do predio esta disponível gratuitamente, com maquinas de lavar e secar,precisa somente do sabão. Enfim só achei o check-out muito cedo, 10h da manha, sendo que a entrada e as 15h. o código para de funcionar apos esse horário então cuidado pra não deixar...

"Great place to stay in Andermatt. We were in walking distance to everything. My kids loved the sofa bed. It was huge ! We were greeted by the manager who waited for us since we were stuck in traffic. Only downside was the train station which you could hear if you are a light sleeper."

"Perfect location, comfortable flat with everything we needed."

"We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. In short, unable to leave 2 children in the blazing sun, we were forced to book another hotel and lose the money for this rental. The fault does not rest entirely with the owner; Epedia also shares some responsibility, as the emails received...

"We absolutely loved everything about this apartment. The location is extremely convenient and the city views from inside the apartment (especially the view of the church) was beautiful. A lot of space for our family to stretch out , we traveled with two teenage girls and it was nice for them to each have their own bedroom. The rooftop patio was our favorite feature as you enjoy panoramic views of Lucerne. Hands down the best experience. Highly recommend. Communication with the host was...

"위치가 너무 좋고 콘도형이라 식사 다 해 먹을 수 있고 바로 앞에 migros 있어서 장보기 편합니다. 숙소에서 숙박하는 날 동안 쓸수있는 대중교통 이용권을 줘서 편하게 잘 다녔습니다. 단, 수건은 리필해주지 않는다는게 단점입니다. 에어컨은 없고 선풍기가 있는데 날이 선선해서 선풍기만으로 충분했습니다. "

"Extremely clean and beautiful views! Would stay again. About an hour and a half from Grindelwald and a bit less to Lauterbrunnen. Just keep in mind there is an a 40 min windy canyon ride included between the space and main tourist attractions. Also loved that there was a bakery and restaurants within walking distance. One of the dinner spots stated open till 10pm so that was amazing. "

"This property is listed as 2 bedroom apartment , booked it for family of 4 for 3 night stay… upon arrival found it was rented to other individuals…. Individual Living in the living room/ balcony with personal belongings and bedding in living room, one bedroom locked rented to others and had access to one bedroom only with 2 twin beds and a folding single bed, total 3 can sleep in room…. Did not feel safe in that situation and left the property…. Booked another stay last minute as advised by Vrbo...

"Não me lembro de outro hotel em que eu fui tão bem tratado! Todos os serviços (recepção, limpeza, bar e café da manhã) são muito competentes e as pessoas muito cordiais. O quarto era fantástico, com excelente temperatura (muito importante na onda de calor que fazia no periodo em que estive lá), e conta com tudo o que vc precisa. A localização é perfeita, a menos de 10 minutos da estação de trem e a 5 minutos da parte antiga de Lucerna. Por isso mesmo, os pontos mais estratégicos da cidade estao muito perto. Recomendo a todos e, se retorna a Lucerna, não hesitarei em ficar aqui novamente. "

"Olá, tudo bem? Gostaria de agradecer pela estadia maravilhosa no Villa Honegg — foi realmente uma experiência incrível. No entanto, apenas um pequeno detalhe nos deixou um pouco chateados: esqueceram de incluir o nome do Dominique no cartão de boas-vindas. Como estávamos hospedados juntos, isso foi notado por nós dois e acabou tirando um pouco do encanto do momento. Fora isso, foi tudo impecável. Agradeço pela atenção e espero retornar em breve!"

"Excelente hotel muito próximo à estação central de Lucerna (5 minutos a pé). Os quartos são limpos, a cama é confortavel e o chuveiro tem boa pressão e temperatura. Com relação ao café da manhã, é simples, mas de qualidade (tem ovos, pães, geleias, cereais e legumes). Um diferencial é que eles oferecem chá, café e água à vontade 24h. Ademais, é possível utilizar o espaco de café para fazer suas proprias refeições, o que eu recomendo."

"Excelente hotel! A localização é ótima, a cama corfortavel, banheiro muito limpo e novo. A equipe da recepção é muito atenciosa e gentil principalmente a Leticia que além de nos passar todas as informações do hotel e pontos turísticos da cidade fala muito bem português o que foi ótimo! Se voltar nessa cidade me hospedaria nesse hotel novamente com certeza."
