"It is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a park directly across the street. It's very close to MetroCentro making shopping and eating very convenient. This is the second time we've stayed here. The owner even allowed us to check in early. There's plenty of storage, a desk, a couch that can convert to an additional bed, hot water and a nice kitchenette where you can make coffee, have a fridge, small table and dinnerware. "The check in process was easy. The security guard had our information and allowed our driver to gain access to pick us up each day. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. Interactions with Robert were wonderful and he was very responsive. When I come back in a couple of years, I will try and get this apartment again. I loved that we all had our own rooms and bathrooms. The washer/dryer came in very handy. "

"Our family of 5 including one teenager enjoyed our 19-day stay at this house! Cathy was quick to respond and answer all our questions. She was very attentive and helped us out when our flight was canceled due to Hurricane Beryl. We are grateful to Cathy for taking such good care of us on a short notice. The location is phenomenal. The tours we took had no problem coming to pick us up. We even found 2 small stores and a pupuseria all within a 5-minute walk. Each room has AC and a bathroom....

"The place was very nice. It felt like home coming from the US. It was one story which worked out for my in laws which are elderly. Was plenty of room for at least 6 people. The pool was the best. Loved getting in during the hot days and had an umbrella to protect from the sun with a in pool table to play cards. All together, lovely place. Thanks for letting us stay."

"Loved this house, very close to everything in Central Suchitoto, amazing view of the lake, very tastefully furnished. The pool and garden is beautiful and very private with an amazing variety of birds landing in the garden, from hummingbirds to toucans. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. Excellent communication from the host; there was an initial mixup with our dates and everything was settled quickly and efficiently. All-in-all, this house is a gem and we would definitely book it...

"É um hotel barato então não tenha muitos expectativas, se o seu foco é pagar barato vale a pena, mas se você procura conforto vá atrás de outra opção pois é barulhento, a porta fica fechada e quando você chegar à noite fica um pouco do lado de fora na rua, não acho que seja uma sensação muito agradável principalmente se você é uma pessoa menos confiante ou se for mulher, causar uma sensação de insegurança"
