"The atmosphere was like home, very cozy. When I got home, I said to myself I didn't even miss home. How sad is that? We made the time we had count. I did however have a hard time with the TV. I am not tech savvy. I would love to send pictures, but I don't know how. I would suggest that you put Pukett's on your recommendations for a place to eat. I really had the time of my life. Thanks for everything."

"Location is close enough to be able to drive to downtown Chattanooga within just a few minutes, but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with as much noise or parking nightmare. As a family of seven, getting accommodations at a hotel is usually a logistical and financial nightmare. This place was perfect for us! House had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Owner was quick to respond to questions and communicated very well. Highly recommended "

"Fantastic views, quiet and peaceful"

"We chose this place because of the high rating it had and the view. It did not disappoint on both counts. It was very tastefully furnished and had everything we needed and more. My wife particularly loved all the proverbs on the walls. We cooked every day and evening and did not need a thing from the kitchen. The view was spectacular and peaceful at the same time. We hardly left the house because it was so cozy. Helen, the host was always there to answer Any question i had on the spot and...

"This property had a bit of storm damage, but the rental agent - I wish I could remember her name- was super helpful and very quick to respond. We stayed in another property they had available which was fantastic. Both properties were well maintained and clean. The rental agent was extremely attentive. I would definitely stay with them again in the future."

"We had a good overall experience at this place. Mattress in bedroom not my favorite, maybe needs box springs on bed. Location was good. This place was clean and had everything we needed. "

"We loved exploring this area. So many great restaurants, bars and galleries.We enjoyed walking in the mornings and evenings in the surrounding neighborhoods. We didn’t get to enjoy the balcony due to the weather but it would be lovely in the spring or fall. We also didn’t use the kitchen, which is unusual for us; just too many yummy places to go morning, noon and night. :)"

"After not being able to visit Montlake for decades, this was a very special experience for my wife and me. It is a beautiful location with easy access to a trail leading to the water or around the lake. It would be very comfortable for eight (four couples). I would prefer a king bed in the Master suite vs. two doubles. Some updating would be nice but it was comfortable and extremely clean. The host is very accommodating abd communication was timely.
