"Hotel com quartos espaçosos. Estacionamento amplo. Restaurante com vista bonita para o Porto de Kingston. Só não gostei do café da manhã! Bem ruim. Não é selfie service. O funcionário chega oferecendo algumas opçoes com aquele inglês da Jamaica difícil de entender! Deveriam pensar que estão ao lado de um aeroporto internacional, com pessoas de diversos lugares, e que podem não entender a língua. Ou seja, servir café da manhã estilo buffett, ou pelo menos entregar um cardápio com as opções. Mas...

"I recently had the opportunity to stay at Courtyard by Marriott. While the hosting provided by the hotel was commendable, there were a few areas that left room for improvement. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly staff for the checking in and felt well welcome. The room was clean, silent, and comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities (including iron). The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness throughout my visit. However, I must admit that I...

"I cannot speak highly enough about the courtesy and efficiency of the front desk staff. I had a small issue with my room and the front desk staff requested housekeeping to take care of the matter. When I returned to my room later that morning, housekeeping had taken care of the issue and my room looked immaculate and inviting. I must also give a shout out to housekeeping who provided top notch daily housekeeping services. The food also is excellent and for soup lovers... I highly recommend the...

"I dont recommend. By far, my worse experience in a hotel. The pillows haven't been changed from previous guests as there were hair on them. The room wasn't as the picture, but a small cubicle with a window with a wall half a meter from it! The breakfast you need to take it to the room and it's serve in plastic cup and dishes... Very bad value for the money spent. First and last time here. Dont recommend"

"What did you like or what was unique about the property?
The property provided a place to stay, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice advertised benefit.
What didn’t you like?
The breakfast service took too long, which made it inconvenient. Also, although the property advertises free breakfast, the overall service could be improved. I was disappointed that an additional fee was charged for late checkout. Better service, more timely breakfast, and greater flexibility with checkout would...
