The home is absolutely beautiful and well decorated! Host was very responsive. Bring bath soap, lotion, beach towels, and coffee. Bath towels and hand soap are provided. The beach is just around the back! The other reviews about the umbrellas being lined up for rent along the beach are correct. You either have to rent the umbrella and 2 chairs (40-50) or put your setup back behind them. The Local Restaurant right next door was phenomenal!!! They are open for breakfast and lunch.

Beautiful property

This property is a 2-story townhouse next door to Shoreline Towers and behind the Tides of Destin condos. It’s a short walk to the beach on a sidewalk (private beach entrance). The townhouse is very clean and recently updated. We had a small issue with the door locking system which Joanie fixed for us. Really, the only bad part of our stay was when the beach service guy for the condo in front of the townhouses tried to stop us from setting up our chairs and umbrella on the beach (literally 20 feet from the boardwalk but apparently on the “private” beach for the condo. He told us their property line ended at the high tide line so that’s where we set up (umbrella too). The condos are trying to take over the beach. The beach is completely lined with beach service chairs and most of those seemed to be private owned judging by the last names on the backs of the chairs. Other than that, we had a great time and the 4th of July fireworks display was incredible!

Best beach condo ever!

We loved our 9 night stay at this condo so much! Some of our favorite things about it are: fast beach access, pool practically all to yourself, reclining sofas, nice big space, lots of beach gear to borrow, no fighting for pool recliners, and it's absolutely beautiful. The washer and dryer work great as does the air conditioner. It was also really nice to be ground level and not have to deal with elevators or parking lot issues. Park and walk right up! We had everything we needed and the location is great as well. The owner was kind and helpful and we definitely want to come back and stay here again! Thanks so much for renting your condo to us. We loved our stay and made lots of great memories.

Spending Time with Grandchildren

Our stay was Awesome. The children loved the space. It was so much better than a hotel. The only regret I have was we did not stay longer. I will booking again when we are in area.

Great property

This is a wonderful townhome. Beautifully decorated, clean, and very close to shopping and restaurants. The owners were easy to contact and very helpful. If you like to cook your own meals this unit has everything you could possibly need. Short walk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again. Would highly recommend.

Cozy, clean and convenient

This place is AMAZING!! So clean and spacious. Super clean and had everything you need to make yourself at home. The walk to the beach is so close that when you’re at the beach all day and get hungry - instead of dragging a cooler - you just walk back to the condo have lunch and get back to the beach. We all slept so well it was a perfect place for us. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Townhouse, clean and well maintained

Joanie was an awesome host. She made check in easy and fast. She provided a contact number and responded when needed. Property was well maintained and clean. Kitchen was well equipped with ample kitchen equipment. Nice laundry room off of the kitchen. Master bedroom has an office/study area which was very nice. The King bed was very comfortable. Large walk-in shower. There was 2 Recliner sofas in the living room which was much better than just sitting on a couch. Gas grill on patio off kitchen was nice, no mess with charcoal. Easy walk to beach. This is a beautiful townhouse! The pictures don't do this place justice! We will return.

We love Beach Dreams!

This is our second year staying here at Beach Dreams and we love it! The home is perfect for our family of 6. It has everything you could need during your stay. The property owners are so attentive and responsive to questions. The pottery amenities are perfect. The beach is glorious. We had an excellent stay and can’t wait to come back again!

Perfect Place to Stay!!

We booked this property in June for 7 days and it was amazing. The community is gated, well kept, the pool was clean always and the people using it were well behaved, no rough housing, etc. The condo was well decorated and included all things needed for a weeks’ stay. The beach was just a 3-4 minute walk and didn’t require you to leave the community as there was private access. Plenty of buckets and shovels, etc in the closet for the kids to use. The pool had floaties in it we used and we brought some of our own little toys. There were beach chairs and some kickboards. All was well, all doors locked and had privacy curtains when needed. A/C kept things cool and the water drained well in the showers/tub (no standing water). I would definitely stay here again, close to many food options, DoorDash delivers, plenty of entertainment to book. We did a helicopter tour, snorkeling, a chartered fishing trip, visited the boardwalk, the Gulfarium and did a reptile encounter for the kids (which you need to book ahead of time), as well as many hours spent at the pool and beach. The backyard offers privacy and has plenty of space to sit out and enjoy the evenings. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. Felt like a safe space, especially with children. Overall 10/10 and plan to visit again!

Destin townhouse

Communication with Charlie and Joanie was excellent! They quickly replied to any questions that we had. The kitchen is well equipped if you wish to cook! The beach accessories closet outside of the front door is well stocked with a wagon, beach umbrella, boogie boards, beach chairs and beach toys for kids! The 3-4 minute walk from the home to the beach was very convenient with the private walkway. The beach was beautiful and other than the 1st day, was very clear as if we were in the Caribbean! The pool is right outside of the front door. The location is close to many restaurants, a grocery store and water sports. Make sure to visit the Harbor Walk! We would definitely rent here again! It was a great vacation for us adults and teenagers!

Great stay!

This rental was amazing. It was clean and had everything we needed! Nice dishes, silverware, cookware, grilling utensils etc. The walk to the beach was just a few minute walk away down a private path. This was the best rental we have stayed in yet and we have been coming to the Destin area for years.

I love this location. The condo is very spacious. There is a good-sized living room with a comfortable couch with recliners. Eating area has a nice long table. The kitchen is a good size with everything in it you could need. Bedrooms are big with lots of space and comfortable beds. Beautiful decor. There was beach stuff available. We loved the location, the unit, and the property manager was very helpful! Would definitly stay again!

We loved staying at this beautiful home!

We have been coming to Destin with our family annually. It was great finding this place with its great layout, beach access & pool. The best was being able to be together & having everything we needed in the home. The living area is so comfy, the kitchen well stocked for cooking, and the beds so cozy to sleep. We are grateful for the opportunity to stay at such a beautiful home!

Beautiful Condo: Great Beach / Central Location!

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious, lovely home practically on the beach in Destin!! It is furnished with beautiful decor and stylish (comfortable) furniture with all the amenities needed to have a wonderful vacation. The owners are extremely helpful and friendly, and the condo is stocked with lots of beach items. We enjoyed cooking there, and its central location made it easy to get to stores and restaurants. More importantly, it was such a short walk to the gorgeous beach [and the pool when red flags were an issue.] We definitely would enjoy staying here again in the future!!

Amazing vacation home

My husband, myself, and our 15 year old daughter stayed here for a week and it did not disappoint. The house was beautifully decorated and fully furnished and was a short walk to a private beach. We loved the gated community access and used the pool every day as well. Our hosts were very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back again next year. This is the place you want to stay at.

Gorgeous!

We were in town for my son’s World Series tournament. The condo was gorgeous, everything was so clean and neat! Very private area and not too far of a walk to the beach. The beach closet outside was full of things for us to use on the beach, and the kitchen was full of appliances and tools! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area. The owners were super easy to work with and communicated back to us in a very timely manner. We LOVED it!

Secluded-Quite-Quaint

Our family enjoyed our stay and left so refreshed. The townhome was super clean and nicely decorated. We’ve vacationed many times in Destin and Seaside and rented some pretty pricey houses that don’t hold a candle to this place. We would definitely stay here again.
