All units face the sparkling sands and emerald Gulf waters. Emerald Towers is within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and theme parks. Golf courses, the Destin harbor, and many other Destin activities are a short drive away. The jet set can come by private aircraft to Emerald Towers, as the Destin Airport is just 2 miles away. Enjoy the views and privacy from the top in Unit #1305. With in-season onsite beach staff, enjoy your personal reserved complimentary umbrella and chairs always ready and waiting for you right on the front row on snow-white beach overlooking the emerald waters with unobstructed views for miles. (From March 1-October 31) See nothing but the beautiful gulf waters from the master bedroom, living room and balcony (accessed off the living room or from the master). Panoramic, mile long views of beach and gulf from sunrise to sunset right from your condo. Watch the dolphins feed while enjoying coffee and breakfast on your private balcony. Enjoy cocktails in the evening while counting the fishing boats returning with fresh seafood from the gulf.

Beautiful unit with a perfect location. The views from this 13th floor unit are amazing. We were able to view dolphins multiple mornings right from the balcony. Our interaction with Bill was pleasant and helpful. This was our second stay at this unit and will visit again.

The condo is in a beautiful place right on the beach. Unfortunately the owner gave me wrong information that I specifically asked about before booking. I wanted to know if we had beach front row chairs and umbrellas. I was only booking if this was going to be the case. The owner said we would have front row but we didn’t. 3rd row back and 2nd row. He said to ask for Steve and I did, he was a jerk. I didn’t spend all this money to not have a front row beach spot to enjoy our vaca. I have never had any issues with any place before. We only came to sit on the beach and nothing else and we had to look at the back of the front row people. The place wasn’t ready when we got there so we all waited in the heat until they were done. The toilet and faucet in the main bathroom needed small repairs but I didn’t want anyone to come in so we just dealt with it. The pool was nice and there are bbq grills that anyone can use.

My stay at this condo was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t be anymore happier. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The place was in great shape everything was up kept. They included everything you needed for your stay. They even included an umbrella and 2 chairs for the beach. Which would have been 50 a day. The host was always there to answer any questions. I definitely will be returning, and definitely recommend.

Fantastic condo and location!!

We were very pleased with our stay at this beautiful condo. Bill was very easy to work with, and communicated quickly with any question I had. The condo was extremely clean upon arrival, with plenty of towels/linens in each bathroom as well as the kitchen. We also took advantage of an extra beach chair in the condo closet, and we really liked having the beach umbrella and two chairs waiting on us in front of Emerald Towers each day. If we travel to Destin in the future, we’d definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Experience

We had a fantastic stay at Bill’s condo. The condo and property was spotless, I have to say probably the cleanest I have stayed at. Bill was responsive to my questions even making an exception for the # of night we wanted to stay. And of course the view and beach was absolutely breathtaking.

Everything was great and pictures showed exactly what it would be like. The only thing was the dishwasher stopped. Working in the middle of our trip, but Bill responded quickly and is sure to get it fixed. I hope to come back!

Excellent!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!! The place was a great setup and very comfortable seating and beds. Very clean and stocked well with everything we needed. Our absolute favorite was the complimentary beach seating/umbrella. This was huge for us having two little ones who took naps often on the beach! Literally the only thing we would change would be the building adding a hot tub :) ha No complaints from us though! Thank you for a great vacation!

Fall Break

This was our first trip alone in over 20 years and we had the BEST beach trip. The condo at Emerald Towers was clean, well stocked with all the amenities, and excellent communication with the owners. I would highly recommend this condo and plan to stay there again.

Great place!

Loved this place. Very nice inside and clean, and the view is great! The property was well kept. The pool is a little small but it’s great being so close to the beach and a snow cone stand. Another great plus is having the beach set up included in the stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

This property was everything we were looking for! Close to everything; pool, beach, ocean, stores, restaurants, and our favorite coffee shop (Capriccio Cafe). Bill (owner) was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. Highly recommend! We cannot wait to return.

Great place!

Bill was great at responding, everything was comfortable and great in condo just a minor glitch with bedroom connection on tv but we didn’t really use it so it was fine and we let them know. The beach was great, very close, showers and hoses to wash off, pool good and room was far enough above pool where it was quiet if you had a long day and needed to turn in. Great views, elevators were fast, washer and dryer in unit, everything for basic needs was provided. Very nice updated and a good size unit. If I had to say anything it’s just to clarify. 2 Beach chairs and umbrella provided but go down the evening before once checked in before 5 or before 9am and wait for the hut (snow cone one) to open to reserve for the week..,no cost just tell them your there and dates. The description says front row but just know it depends how many people get there before you, regardless it’s still great! They tag your spot daily with your name so u just find it. Usually about the same spot. We spent everyday on beach and the water was crystal clear for us. Thank you Bill for the accommodations. Eric and Sarah

Great location!!!

We loved this condo for our family of 5; plenty of space and very clean. The location is great and the beach chairs/umbrella was a nice addition for the week. I would suggest a pizza cutter (and maybe we missed it) but it had everything else we could have needed for the week.

Wonderful Place To Stay!!!

Bill was a wonderful host and the condo was decorated beautifully!! The condo was spotless and the beach was gorgeous. First Time In Destin

It was our first time in this part of Florida. The location is amazing and close to lots of restaurants and shops. The condo was one of the cleanest Vrbo I have ever stayed in. I would absolutely stay again. The views of the ocean are amazing from the living room and balcony. It was so nice to walk right to the private beach!!!!!
