  • Nosso condomínio está localizado em Holiday Isle e está situado no Golfo. É uma unidade não-fumadora e também está equipada com um sistema de purificação de ar UV. Esta unidade possui dois quartos com uma cama queen no mestre e duas camas de solteiro no quarto de hóspedes. TV 32 ', dois banheiros e um sofá-cama queen-size 42' TV. Existem três televisões, duas das quais são ecrãs planos HDTV e dois leitores de DVD. Esta unidade também está equipada com acesso à internet sem fio, ventiladores de teto em ambos os quartos, uma cozinha totalmente equipada com máquina de lavar louça, disposição, microondas e máquina de gelo.

    Desfrute de águas cristalinas, praias de areia de açúcar e vistas do sol que vão tirar o fôlego, direto da nossa varanda! Unidade 512 foi profissionalmente renovado e remodelado. Decorado com cores recolhidas do mar, este belo condomínio calorosamente convida-o com o mar-vidro e cores sun-kissed. O mobiliário é contemporâneo e limpo forrado com compromissos bonitos e originais.

    Este condomínio está localizado no coração de Destin, Flórida ainda situado no Holiday Isle dando aos nossos hóspedes uma atmosfera mais privada. Restaurantes, golfe e lojas, entre muitas outras coisas estão a poucos minutos de distância. Há duas piscinas (uma aquecida), quadras de tênis, shuffle board e um pavilhão familiar grelhados a carvão para sua diversão. A Costa Esmeralda é consistentemente classificada entre as melhores dos EUA e por um bom motivo.

We love the Islander. This was our 2nd time staying here and we couldn't ask for a better place to vacation. It is very family oriented and right next to the beach. The kids loved the pool & hot tub and the teens loved the pickleball courts.We will be booking here again in the future.

It was clean and had comfortable beds. The pull out was dirty and did not have adequate bedding. It was in a very safe and quiet area.

We loved the beach!! Alan helped us with the beach chairs and umbrella and greeted us every day with a smile. The pool was beautiful and enjoyed the time there.

We loved the condo and location! The beach access was perfect. My only complaint was that one of the elevators was broken and the other was either very slow and or also not working. Even with this, we will definitely stay again.

Great Beach Vacation

Our condo unit was great. It met all my expectations and more for my 1st experience of staying at a condo(usually stay at hotels). Easy access to the beach and pool. Would definitely return to stay here again!

Overall Good

Overall the place was good. We had two adults and three children and felt that there was plenty of space for all of us to sleep and relax while in the unit. There are some definite improvements that could be made to the unit (e.g. carpet is very worn and stained, stovetop burners were slanted and difficult to use/cook for evenly, one of the dining table chairs was broken). The property itself was good too. Love that there were two heated pools, beach setup, and activities during the week. The linen exchange was also a nice touch given that there is no in unit washer/dryer. We were there during spring break so getting a spot on the beach was tough and the pools were very crowded but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the vacation. All in all, I would stay at this property again.

Our Exspensive February

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What began as a long awaited time with friends and relatives ended abruptly when we were called home do to a death in our family. ( my stepson). As we had been there for only one week and had paid in full for four weeks. Knowing that we probably would not be compensated I was amazed that I received an email showing that $1218.14 been charged to my credit card without informing me. How unfair and unethical! It has been resolved but we are left with a bad feeling about the Islander.

Great vacation

Property is clean, nice decorations, lots of towels, and amenities. Great location. I want to voice my opinion. The pool area doesn't have good lighting in the evening and night hours. Too dark. Not safe to walk around because of it.
