The Islander 314 Complimentary Beach Service (Seasonal) - Heated Pool!

Welcome to The Islander 314

Islander Condo #314 is a West View Unit that sleeps up to 6 people. Avoid the elevators with easy access to the ground floor and parking lot via the stairs near the condo. Step into our tropical paradise conveniently located for quick and easy access to the beach or your choice of two pools.

The kitchen is recently renovated with new slate gray appliances and is fully equipped with all the tools to meet your cooking needs. Gather around the dining room table that seats 6 or relax in the living area on updated furniture to watch the 42” Smart TV with a DVD Player combo and digital cable access. There is a queen sleeper sofa available for guests.

The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, and a 28” TV and DVD Player. The bathroom has a tub/ shower combo. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a 24” TV and DVD player, The guest bathroom has a tub/ shower combo.

Venture out to the private balcony and view the boats entering and leaving the harbor through the east pass or one of the breathtaking sunsets an evening can offer.

Complimentary Beach Amenity

• You will Enjoy Destin's Crystal Green Waters and Sun Sitting In Your 2 Complimentary Beach Chairs with Umbrella During Your Stay.

• This amenity is Set Up on Islander Private Beach. Attendants are on duty beginning March 1 until October 31, 8am-5pm.
• Experience Beach Service Attendants will facilitate extra beach activities for a fee.

Wonderful Stay!

Beautiful property. Well stocked. We had amazing sunset views every evening. A short walk to the pool or beach. Great food nearby. We couldn’t be more pleased. We made wonderful family memories and will definitely return for our next Destin vacation.

Perfect Getaway

The condo was perfect! This place is better than the pictures on listing. Both pools were super close and convenient. The condo has private beach access which was also very close. The beach service was perfect! We appreciated all the small details that made our stay so comfortable. The third floor was perfect, as we could use the stairs without any problems at all. Thank you for the wagon! Nice little bonus. So clean and pretty!

Loved the Condo? It looked just like the pictures. The kitchen had everything you needed and I do mean everything.😊 Need to bring more food next time. The pools and having the access to the beach was awesome and having chairs with the umbrella ready to occupy on beach heaven sent. I didn’t have to drag items around even though they had wagons that you could load and go. Will be back..😊

Couldn’t be happier

This was my first experience with a VRBO rental so I was a little nervous. The room was great. The location was perfect. I truly enjoyed the short walk to the beach, a choice between two pools and hot tubs. They had family activities you could participate in. Overall, I am extremely pleased. I will definitely be staying again. The only thing I will “complain” about was the slow drain in tub and would suggest a new shower head.

4th July Family vaca!

The Islander Resort was very nice for the pricing and always kept very clean. The room was clean, beach themed, and spacious for us! The beds slept good and the view overlooking the pool was perfect from the 3rd floor! We cooked a few while we stayed and everything needed to cook and eat was provided as if we were home! (Maybe consider adding a cookie sheet to the cabinet perhaps though) The water pressure was great and and ac was COLD! We were not able to use the pull out bed in the couch for a couple days due to it being broken, however they came and replaced the bed and the front desk gave us a blow up mattress to use and a 10% refund for the inconvenience. Hot tub and pool were clean and the resort provided pool toys for the kids! Beach access was real close by and we got our complimentary umbrella and chairs on the beach! Everything was just great at the resort, staff was very friendly, access to nearby places was perfect, and we would most certainly recommend staying to other families looking for a get a way!!!

Great location, beautiful view

Very nice condo for our group of 4 adults. Good size balcony with table for dining. Ate all our meals there to enjoy the view. Short walk to the awesome beach. Two really nice pools on the property. Condonis close to everything in Destin. Only down side was the mattresses. They offered no support and were uncomfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and the living space was clean and comfortable. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place.

This was an accurate listing. It was beautiful even though we went during hurricane season. Everything was clean and nice. I will say the bathrooms should be remodeled but that’s not the owner’s fault. We kept running into the issue of the bathroom door banging into this long portion of counter that went behind the door. But we really didn’t mind at all. It was beautiful. Everyone was friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. Another nice thing was the discount card for local excursions. We were able to use it a few time which was nice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at The Islander and will probably stay again in the future!

Nice & quiet

Very clean & comfortable. Noticeably quiet. Free beach service was very nice to have. Our only issue was figuring out the TV, but we weren’t there to hang out inside watching TV anyway.

Generally stay on East end of beach but tried west end this week. Weather started out iffy but really was fine from Wednesday thru Sunday. Property was nice with exception not specifically on beach. Hot tub for our building was inoperable from Monday thru end of stay
