Our rental has been updated with new flooring in both bedrooms and master bath, fresh coat of paint, new kitchen appliances, new solid wood interior doors, and new living room furniture. Our living room is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. Enjoy relaxing as you get caught up on your favorite TV shows on our 55” smart TV with a Blu-ray player. The flooring throughout the condo adds to the modern and inviting atmosphere. Get ready to soak up the sun and stunning Gulf views from your very own private balcony!

Bedrooms: The master bedroom offers a king bed with a brand-new mattress, a ceiling fan, and a 40” TV with a Blu-ray player. The master bedrooms offer a private bathroom with a tile walk-in shower with a bench and light, a washer/dryer, and a 3-drawer linen cabinet. The guest bedroom is well-appointed with a queen bed, ceiling fan, and a 32” TV with a Blu-ray player, providing a comfortable space for family or friends.

Rules: For a comfortable stay, please note the following guidelines! Smoking is not allowed inside the units or on the patio; however, designated smoking areas are provided for your convenience. Pets are not allowed on The Islander property. Each unit accommodates a maximum of 6 guests to ensure everyone enjoys their space. An initial supply of paper towels, toiletries, and trash bags is included in the rental. Once these supplies are used, guests will need to restock for the remainder of their stay.
