A game room with an air hockey table and plenty of comfortable furniture around a large flat-screen TV can be found in the living area. The guest bedroom on this floor features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and connecting bathroom with a walk-in shower that is wheelchair accessible. The bunk room includes a twin over twin bunk bed and a full over full bunk bed plus another flat screen TV. For additional sleeping options on this floor there is a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The second floor is decorated in soft blue and green coastal hues while natural light floods the open floor plan. The large fully equipped kitchen offers granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, allowing multiple chefs the ability to work together in this space. Gather around the beautiful dining table, breakfast table, or kitchen island which plays host to five unique alligator stools to accommodate everyone for a wonderful meal. Off the living area is a covered balcony with additional outdoor seating. The first master bedroom is found off the dining room and features a king bed, flat screen TV, access to the balcony, plus an attached bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower and soaking tub.

The remaining three bedrooms can be found on the third floor. There is a king bedroom and queen bedroom which both have flat screen TVs and their own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The main master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, and balcony access. The gorgeous master bathroom features custom seahorse vanities, a large walk-in shower, and soaker tub. Completing this floor is a spacious balcony with a wet bar and rooftop terrace access.

For the pool to be heated during your stay, we require at least 48-hour notice before your arrival to ensure the pool has time to reach the proper temperature of 88 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat charge is $50 per day of your reservation. This home is equipped with a gas-based pool heater, which can operate as intended regardless of outdoor temperature.
