SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it the perfect destination for family reunions, weddings, and business functions. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 0715 is a beautiful one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. You’ll feel right at home upon entrance in this inviting, peaceful retreat filled with cozy furnishings. Views of the Gulf of Mexico abound throughout, with a private balcony accessible from both the living room and master suite. Lounge in the living room on the plush furniture and catch a game on the flat-screen TV. Prepare snacks and tasty libations in the fully-appointed kitchen, and gather around the dining room table for meals and conversation. When it’s time for some shuteye, settle in on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room or in the master suite which houses a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.



Just minutes from downtown Destin, you’ll find there’s always something to do! Eat, drink, enjoy nightly entertainment, and catch gorgeous sunsets no matter what time of year. Head over to AJ’s on the harbor and choose from an array of menu items, including raw oysters, fish tacos, burgers, sandwiches, and more!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
