Take advantage of seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), an outdoor tiki bar, and check out complimentary DVD rentals to enjoy at your leisure. Squeeze in a workout at the fitness facility, and browse the lobby gift shop for beach supplies and keepsakes. In addition to the many amenities, SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it perfect for weddings, meetings, and events. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 0403 is a gorgeous one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Step into serenity in this beautifully-decorated calming retreat. The immaculate, fully-appointed kitchen is perfect for preparing snacks for the beach. Chill on cozy furnishings in the living room with flat-screen TV or gather around the dining table with seating for four. No seat is a bad one in this open-concept living/dining unit! Enjoy morning coffee on the private balcony with expansive views directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Slumber on the queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room, on twin bunks nestled in the hall, or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.



Should you venture off property, we’re centrally located right in the heart of Destin, with lots of activities nearby. Head over to Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park or The Track family recreation center, both within walking distance of the resort and fun for the whole family!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
