Serene #202 - Cozy & Comfortable 5-minute walk to the BEACH

The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes and cookware to whip up everything for a quick meal.  

Queen beds in the bedroom

Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels.
Pool & BBQ area conveniently located near the unit

 This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru March. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.

 

Chateau La Mer II Serene 202 is a very nice one bedroom, one bath on the first floor. Just a short 5-minute walk to our deeded beach access to the beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald pristine water of the Gulf of Mexico.

Girls trip

My friend and I just wanted to be beach bums for the week. Our condo was great with a short walk to the beach. The pool was nice also. I’d definitely recommend this property if you are planning a trip here.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The only complaints from the unit itself was constantly hearing the sliding door from the unit above us open and close and the dishwasher not opening up all the because it was hitting the refrigerator. The biggest complaint about the overall trip was the company’s setting up chairs on the beach. We were hoping to avoid having to deal with them by having a private beach. Overall we had a great experience and I would highly recommend this condo.

This beach apartment is the cutest and is so close to the beach! It’s an easy walk even with chairs and a cooler! Everything on the inside has been updated and the furniture is really nice! The only thing I wished they had mentioned was to bring your own laundry detergent/tide pods, other places I have been have provided a little bit of it when the unit comes with a washer and dryer. But it was the perfect place for a getaway. Definitely would rebook and recommend to friends and family.

Clean, Safe, and Convenient

The house is clean and have everything that you need. The location is awesome. You can walk around at night w/o worrying about anything. The beach is a short walk from the house. You get access code to the beach access door, so the beach is not crowded. We had the great times there. Will def rent again when we come back to Destin next time.

Great stay with short walk to the beach

Great condo within walking distance of the beach. My only complaint was the minimal kitchen staples and paper products. There was not even 1 roll of toilet paper or paper towels! Salt and pepper was the only condiments provided. Plenty of room with easy checkin. Nice and clean!

Good at first

At first everything looked great. Then, there was a pest issue. Management was responsive on first communication. Problem persisted and didn’t receive response on subsequent contact. With two small children, the issue was a concern and a big inconvenience. Hopefully the issue can be eradicated completely bc the location is great and the place has potential. Overall disappointing.

Very happy!

My family and I stayed at this location for one week and it was excellent. The condo had plenty of space and everything was clean and well organized. It also included some beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for the kids. I highly recommend this unit.

Nice Property’s

Nice property. Very clean and nicely organized. A couple of comments though. The Beds are doubles, not Queens as stated. Also it would be nice if the owner provided some stables such as napkins, paper cups , pantry items etc. Most properties where I’ve stayed provided the basic essentials.

Cozy and cute!

This condo was exactly as described! Great location. It is a short 5 minute walk out of the complex and across the street to access the beach. We had everything we needed to feel at home. Updated kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you'd need for any level of cooking. Remodeled bathroom. Comfortable oversized bedroom with two queen beds. We had two adults and our 18 year-old daughters. Plenty of space for all four of us, even if we shared the same room. The extra futon in the patio room was a nice sleeping alternative if you need it. Living room furniture was comfortable. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys that were provided in the condo. Check-in and check-out was easy and the place was spotless. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable, family-friendly place to stay. No college spring break groups were allowed to rent these units. It was quiet and not over-crowded. We had a wonderful time!

My wife and I got married Sept 25 2021 and we choose to come here for our honeymoon and it was the best decision we made. This condo was real clean provided everything toy will every need on a every day basis. The price was reasonable, we will definitively be back next yr loved it...

We just.visted for a 4 day weekend, but it was an amazing time. The Chateau La Mer II was an amazing place to stay. Great location and easy to navigate. Definitely will be back.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was super clean and the site manager went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Wonderful location with just a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!
