“Slice of Heaven” is a unique Beach Retreat. It has been updated with all new beds, rugs, home furnishings and decor. It features plantation shutters and hardwood floors throughout. It offers an open floor plan on the first level with a fully-equipped, newly refurbished kitchen. There are amazing wrap around covered porches on the first and second stories (double covered piazzas) with lots of seating. The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine as you wind down in the evening. It features three bedrooms and three full bathroom located in the wonderful neighborhood of Crystal Shores, in the Crystal Beach community of Destin. It is located only 5 houses from the beach, close to shopping, restaurants, bike paths. It is just down the street from the Commons Shopping Center, movie theater, Bass Pro Shop, Whole Foods and Publix and a variety of restaurants. Also includes access to the community pool (heated during the cooler months).

When you are not enjoying the beautiful views of the Destin beaches, you can enjoy amazing “views from space” of stunning beaches around the world. The house is decorated with phenomenal photos taken from space of beaches and other extraordinary views of famous places across the globe. A treat for both the adults and the children!

The Kitchen, which was just updated, includes generous countertop space, a dishwasher, range, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. It is fully-stocked with pots, pans, bake-ware, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware. The dining area seats 8 comfortably.

Bedroom 1: Ground-level bedroom (perfect for guests who cannot use stairs) features a Full Bed, will a single sized pull-out trundle bed, plantation shutters that keep the room dark, a walk-in closet, a full bathroom, and a side door that opens to the porch.

Bedroom 2: 2nd Floor- Master Suite with a King Bed, large television, plantation shutters that keep the room dark, a large walk-in closet, lounge area, desk, private door that opens to the porch that has lounge chairs (perfect morning coffee location to sit). The private master bathroom includes a Jacuzzi tub and double sinks.

Bedrooms 3: 2nd Floor- Features a Queen Bed, television, plantation shutters that keep the room dark, and includes a couch that turns into a full size bed (great for two children or one adult). The bedroom includes a private bathroom with large walk-in shower. It also features a private door that opens to the porch that has a seating area and overlooks the front of the house.

All of the bedrooms include high-end beds, mattresses and beddings.

The home has an interior first floor utility room with a washing machine and dryer for your use.

The backyard offers a patio with lots of outside seating and a gas fire pit.

Renters will be required to follow the HOA guidelines for parking. No parking on the street, grass or across the sidewalk. Fines will be issued for parking violations. There is enough room for 3 small cars or two SUVs - in the driveway (all cars must fit in the driveway). * HOA guidelines are attached and will be provided at check-in *
Crystal Beach includes two public beach access points less than a 2 minute walk away. One access includes a covered pavilion and restrooms (the only one in the area!).
