Yes, you could rent a typical bland vacation home, but staying in the Rose of Destin will provide you and your guests a truly unique and beautiful experience! Mediterranean style villa built on the absolute premier lot on the water in the private and gated community of Destiny West...nothing better!

Sleeps 8 adults very comfortably in the 4 ensuites (3 King, 1 Queen) but you can also bring up to 4 additional guests sleeping on the exceptional leather recliners or the 3rd floor sofas (not sofa beds) or using our 2 AeroBeds.

Besides being right on the lake (no power boats allowed, but we have some fun stuff!), you'll also be a short 5 minute walk from the most beautiful beaches! Guests have access to our 6-seat golf cart for cruising the area (liability waiver required), and boat rentals are available in Destin Harbor close by (any boat rentals are not included in your rental). There are dozens of great restaurants within a few miles to please everyone's taste buds! Guests will also have access to the Destiny West clubhouse, with it's huge, beautiful pool, gym, tennis and pickleball court, etc...all just a short half-block away!

Enjoy a relaxing vacation at this 4-bedroom (all ensuite) villa in Destin, Florida...just a couple of minutes to the beautiful beaches. Rose of Destin has three King suites plus one Queen suite for comfortable sleeping for 8 adults. Additional sleeping for 4 smaller guests on recliners, sofas, and AeroBeds. Find plenty of space both inside and outside to relax next to the lake, go to the beach, cruise with the golf cart, or enjoy the clubhouse. The double deck pool and hot tub is right out the doors!

Beach lover? Just a 1,000' walk or a 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach. We have plenty of beach toys and equipment. The villa features five bathrooms, including the jetted bathtub in the master for a nice, refreshing soak. Year-round comfort with air conditioning and heating. Whether you want to unwind or stay active at the clubhouse just a few minute walk away, this villa offers an enjoyable experience for all.
