OCEANFRONT CONDO! 2 BEDROOM 2 BATH!

NEWLY REMODELED! Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath gulf front 5th floor unit in the heart of Destin! The master suite has a king bed and full bath with a large tiled shower. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids with a twin over twin bunk and full bath attached. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with televisions. The living room has a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa. This unit also has a full kitchen with all necessities for preparing meals for your family. The unit also has a washer and dryer. We are located within walking distance to restaurants, The Track, Big Kahunas Water Park, convenience/liquor store, gift shops, etc. Please be advised that free beach service will be discontinued March 1, 2026 per a decision made by the HOA board of directors. Beach service will be available to rent in 2026. Parking in the outside lot directly in front of the building is complimentary. If you are traveling with a group, we also own the larger unit right next door! Check out our listing for unit 506 (VRBO listing number 1025416). We hope to welcome your family soon!

You are required to pay the amenity fee of $15.00+tax for each person 5 years and older. This will be paid separate from the booking and must be paid directly to the HOA upon check in.

The amenity fee covers your parking passes and wristbands for the pool, hot tub, gym, and beach area.

*Early check in and late check out will be $50 IF it is available, but cannot be guaranteed.

Our vacation was perfect. The condo was extremely nice, clean, and the kitchen had everything needed. I was surprised at the amount of towels and washcloths available. And beach towels available. The view was beautiful. The beach was just steps away. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfection for Family Trip on the beach!

Stunning views, best part of the ocean, cute and clean condo, nicely decorated, comfortable with thoughtful things available in the kitchen! Nice bathrooms and beds! DID I MENTION THE VIEW?! And my kids were obsessed with the pool before and after every trip out to the beach. Would highly recommend and we’re already talking about when we’ll return! Mandy the host was great as well- the keurig broke and she had a new one delivered right away! Just book it!

Great view and clean Condo

This is a great place to stay. The view is great and the condo was very clean. The owner was very good at communicating through the VRBO. The location is right in the heart of Destin. I would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous views and super clean

Gorgeous views out the lanai. Having the chairs and umbrella was such a fantastic perk (sorry it’s going away because of HOA in 2026). Amazingly clean—VRBO we stayed at in Destin last year was full of sand on the floors (no rug from lanai inside and no outside rug at front door. Seating was comfortable on the lanai (love seat has broken arm, but other furniture seemed new). Excellent communication. Easy check-in. Would definitely stay again.

Property owner fantastic!

Due to circumstances beyond the property owners control, we were unable to stay in her unit. However, she reached out to let me know ahead of time what was going on and then went above and beyond to find us another unit in the same building. The views are outstanding and the pool is heated. Beautiful white sandy beaches and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again! Thank you!

Nicely decorated still could use some updating. I feel it could be cleaned a lot better than it was, I had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean it myself.Bathrooms really need attention white baseboards are pretty dirty and the vanity. Hallway walls looked as if someone was going to touch and didn’t finish. Location and the grounds were perfect, so other than these few things we enjoyed our stay very much!!

Property management

The lower score is not for the condo or the owner at all. Everything was clean and very nice. The owner was very informative on everything we needed to know. The main things we did not like where the fact you had to give over $70 when you first get there for the bracelets and then you are unable to use your own umbrellas on the beach. Only using the resorts umbrella is fine but if you want an additional one, it was $400 and that’s a little ridiculous for a week.

Great location!

Had a great week here. We were so happy this host rents 2 chairs and an umbrella, it saved us quite a bit of money since our stay was longer. Great add on! We liked the condo, everything you could need if you were cooking is there, everything is stocked well. There were plenty of towels and there were also 4 beach towels as well that we used. The condo is located close to everything, within walking distance of The Back Porch by beach or sidewalk, and across from a beach store if you need to grab anything. We come a couple times a year and I’ll try to book this one again in the future.

Beautiful unit - but terrible beach service concept

We really enjoyed the condo itself. The host was friendly, extremely accommodating (even allowing us to move weeks on relatively short notice), and the unit was beautiful with breathtaking views of the ocean. However, what made a huge difference to us was the required beach service. You are not allowed to bring your own umbrella and are 100% at the mercy of where the service decides to place you. We were in the second “row” far from the water the entire week we were there. With small kids who wanted to be in the water this was incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. You are not allowed to place your chairs in front of those who are on the front row so we would have to stand there and watch our kids play in the water. There were also many empty first row seats available which was all around frustrating. This honestly made our trip incredibly and significantly less enjoyable and would not return for this reason. If this is something that wouldn’t bother you I would absolutely recommend this unit and the gracious host. Just thought I’d share my perspective as I wish we knew this ahead of time.

Nice condo with beautiful view!

We had a great stay! The condo was perfect for our family of 4 (2 teenage boys). We did arrive later than planned and the check in office was closed, so we had no parking permit, wristbands or code to access the pool or beach the first night which was a bummer. So, be sure to pre-purchase those wristbands online! The traffic on the busy road can be loud, so we brought one noise machine and were very thankful there was another one already in the condo! The condo was clean, well stocked, with easy access to the pool, fitness center and beach. Overall, we had a great stay!

Beautiful condo!

Great location! We walked to Walmart (about 1 mile) and loaded our backpacks with some food and essentials. It was right across the street from the liquor store and some cute shops. There was a Smoothie King, a Cafe and ice cream all within walking distance too. We took an Uber to the Destin Harbor Boardwalk for dinner one evening. The weather was cool so the teenagers loved having a heated pool and hot tub. The beach is right out back and the view was absolutely beautiful! We’ll definitely be back!
