The main entrance to the home is on the second floor and grants immediate access to an open concept living area. The living area has a large sectional sofa with a built-in queen sleeper sofa and a 75" smart TV. The kitchen features granite countertops, a gas cooktop on the island bar, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet space. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and dishware, which is perfect for making delicious meals during your vacation. The dining area includes a large dining table capable of seating 10 and there is seating for an additional four at the breakfast bar. The large, covered balcony, accessible from both the dining area and living areas offers a small dining set and two outdoor sectionals. Perfect spot for an afternoon cat nap. For the pool to be heated during your stay, we require at least 48-hour notice before your arrival to ensure the pool has time to reach the proper temperature of 88 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat charge is $50 per day of your reservation. This home is equipped with a gas-based pool heater, which can operate as intended regardless of outdoor temperature. This home also has a spillover spa attached to the pool. The spa is heated to the same temperature as the pool and uses the same heating method.
