The kitchen has been updated with shaker cabinets, granite counter tops, all stainless-steel appliances, and has a full size under counter ice maker. The unit also features a full-size washer and dryer. The master bedroom features an upscale dresser, nightstands, and headboard along with a premium king size mattress and 55-inch flat screen smart tv with blue ray player. In addition, the master bedroom has a direct ocean front view with direct balcony access making for a very comfortable stay. And for added comfort the attached master bathroom is newly renovated with a custom walk-in stone and pebble shower and quartz countertop with a sit-down makeup vanity area, large mirror, and linen closet. The guest bedroom features 2 queen size beds with headboards, premium mattresses, chest, and 47-inch flat screen tv with DVD player. The guest bath has a granite countertop with large mirror, a tub bath, and linen closet. The large oversized balcony features all wood plank ceramic tiles with new high-end outdoor furniture including a table with 4 elevated chairs and 2 chaise lounge chairs for laying back and relaxing while you’re soaking up the sun and beautiful gulf views!
