• Dining – Louisiana Lagniappe, La Paz, Mimmo’s, Local Market, and more nearby
• Activities – Pontoon rentals, fishing charters, parasailing, jet skis
**PLEASE NOTE: The front desk charges a $19/day resort and check in fee payable upon arrival. This fee is per reservation, not per person. You will also receive your parking pass and property wristbands from the desk for each guest in your group - this wristband will provide access to all building amenities and for your front door. The front desk is staffed from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm daily. If you will be checking in outside of this time frame, please let us know so we can help make alternative arrangements for a smooth check-in.**
HOUSE RULES
• Minimum Age: This property requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 stay at the property throughout the entire rental term. The primary guest is responsible for all additional guests.
• Pet Free Property - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that must be signed within 48 hours.
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM CST and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM CST.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check in time.
• No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or balcony
• Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
• Parking for up to 2 cars in the open lot
