  • Islander Condo # 313 é um West View, unidade de platina que acomoda até 6 pessoas. Entre no nosso paraíso tropical convenientemente localizado para acesso rápido e fácil à praia ou à sua escolha de duas piscinas.

    A cozinha foi atualizada com armários de bordo, bancadas de quartzo, utensílios de aço inoxidável e está totalmente equipada com todas as ferramentas para atender às suas necessidades de cozimento. Reúna-se ao redor da mesa da sala de jantar com capacidade para 6 pessoas ou relaxe na aconchegante área de estar para assistir à TV SMART de 42 "com Streaming Blue Ray Player e acesso a cabo digital. Há um sofá-cama queen disponível para os hóspedes.

    O quarto principal possui uma nova cama king size, persianas e um televisor de 32 "e leitor de Blue Ray. O banheiro atualizado oferece uma nova vaidade de bordo dupla com bancadas de quartzo e um chuveiro walk-in. O quarto de hóspedes foi atualizado com uma nova cama queen-size e uma TV de 18 "com um DVD player. Uma peça de teatro também está localizada no armário do quarto de hóspedes, para nossos menores convidados. O banheiro de hóspedes tem uma nova vaidade e banheira de mármore / ducha.

The floors were not clean, our feet was black from walking on the but worst of all it had many roaches throughout the unit. Was very disappointed and ready to check out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Islander is in a great location with easy access to the beach. Very clean building. The furniture in our unit was very clean. But, it could be more comfortable. Bed in primary was just not good. Felt the springs and a real back hurler by morning. What is also needed is a foot stool of some kind. Be aware of the coffee table, it’s on wheels. Lastly, we have rented from many places around the country. A few things that should be included. Enough toilet paper for 10 days, Kleenex box, trash sacks, pump hand soap in the bathrooms, and a bottle of spray cleaner for the counters. Little things that make a difference in the overall stay. We asked for an extra roll of toilet paper on our last night at the main desk and were told no. Really? That left a lasting impression. We had rented there multiple times.

Perfect fit

We stayed here with 4 adults and a baby and it was just what we needed! The room was clean and so nicely decorated. Two pools, very nice beach, and activities. It’s also in a great central location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental experience was amazing. Wish there would’ve been more for kiddos and I was thinking washer/dryer was in our unit but it wasn’t. Luckily they had change on site for their laundry area. Also, I thought there was an actual tiki bar-but it was just a high top table with chairs you could’ve used. Other than that, very lovely place and staff was always welcoming and nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My sister and I had a nice time on our week visit to Destin. The condo was in very nice condition and very clean. Would not want to be right over the pool next time. And we thought we had a gulf view and sunset view. The view between a number of buildings was not what we expected. Two suggestions are 1) some space in the kitchen cabinets or pantry to store food we brought with us would be convenient; and 2) a few coffee filters at least for the 1st morning would be great. The very nice woman at the front desk gave me a few to get me by.

One of the best facility I’ve ever stayed in the only problem with transportation without being able to rent a car Uber and Lyft was not readily available
