On the ground floor of Sea Breeze, guests can spread out and settle in with a primary bedroom featuring an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the patio hot tub. This level also includes two additional guest rooms: one queen bedroom and one bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk.

Upstairs, the open and airy main living area is designed for easy group gatherings after a day at the beach. You’ll also find another queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and access to a breezy balcony, plus a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa for extra guests. Thoughtful finishes like crown molding, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances add an upscale touch throughout the home.

Fully furnished and meticulously maintained, Sea Breeze comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests, making it a great fit for family vacations, beach reunions, or group getaways. With plenty of room to relax, reconnect, and unwind, this six-bedroom, six-bathroom home is set up for memorable stays.

Dunes of Destin also offers an expansive sun deck and outdoor barbecue area, and your reservation includes two sets of seasonal beach service each day of your stay—two umbrellas and four chairs—so your beach days are even easier.

~ For added security while the home is unoccupied, there are two exterior cameras: one facing the front door and one facing the ground-floor back doors.
~ The driveway accommodates up to five vehicles.
