Welcome to Nantucket Cottages 10AB. This unique two-story townhome consists of two rental properties complete with their own Kitchens and Living Rooms (Nantucket Cottages 10A and 10B). You may rent these two properties separately or altogether, allowing flexibility to suit your next Destin vacation.

When you enter the ground floor entry door to Nantucket Cottages 10AB, you’ll come to two doors: the door in front of you leads you in to Nantucket Cottages 10B, while the door to your right leads upstairs to Nantucket Cottages 10A.
Nantucket Cottages 10B is a ground floor 1 bedroom property consisting of a King bed in the Bedroom and a set of Twin bunk beds built into the adjacent hallway, allowing this property to sleep 4 guests comfortably. Entering the property, you’ll find a Kitchen on your right, complete with a full-size refrigerator and oven. To your left you will see a table for four, a couch with a chaise lounge, a smart TV, a reading nook, and sliding glass doors leading outside. Turn right past the Kitchen and you’ll find the built-in bunk beds, the Bathroom, and the Bedroom. The Bathroom has a walk-in shower, while the Bedroom has a King bed and a smart TV.

Nantucket Cottages 10A is a second floor 1 bedroom property that has a King bed in the Bedroom and a set of Twin bunk beds built into the hallway, allowing this property to accommodate 4 guests. After you unlock the ground floor entry door to the condo, you’ll immediately come to a set of stairs leading to the second floor. When you reach the second floor you’ll see the Living Room, Kitchen, and Balcony access on your left, while also noticing the Bathroom and Bedroom on your right. The Kitchen has a full-size refrigerator and oven. The Living Room has a couch with an ottoman and chaise lounge, a reading nook, a table set for four, a smart TV, and a set of sliding glass doors leading to the Balcony. The Bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the Bedroom has a King bed and a smart TV. The Balcony offers outside and a nice Breeze sometimes coming off from the Gulf.
