Welcome to Wave N Sea! This beautiful 3BR/2BA home in Destiny East is a short walk to beach access! It features a spacious open floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops with stainless appliances, and a large enclosed private porch with a built-in grill and mini fridge. The King master bedroom has an en suite bath with his and hers sinks, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed and another guest room with a queen bed and a twin bed, sleeping a total of 10 guests comfortably. Gated, upscale Destiny East is a luxurious neighborhood with lush landscaping and an array of amenities. Club Destiny is where you'll find the huge seasonally heated community pool with a waterfall. There is also another pool on Scenic 98 on Four Prong Lake to stop by on the way to the beach. You can also enjoy a game of tennis or pickleball on the two tennis courts, soak in the hot tub, let the kids burn some energy on the playground, duke it out on the basketball court or relax for a show in the clubhouse theater. You can't beat this central Destin location! Walk to Tuscany Italian Bistro or head towards the beach for great seafood at the Crab Trap or Captain Dave's on the Gulf.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop. 

Destin's excitement is just minutes away: choice of watersports, golf, amusement parks, and outlet shopping.  One glimpse of Destin beaches and you're hooked. It must be the wide, white beaches and the famous emerald waters. Not to mention the fabulous fishing, the world's most beautiful beaches, addictive seafood, and the full array of activities for kids of all ages and more fun to be found in Destin.

Nearby are 6 miles of paved trails - perfect for both walking or biking. Pretty, unspoiled, Henderson Beach State Park is also just down the road.  

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017.  Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
