The resort itself offers a zero-entry pool that is next to the resort plus a seasonally heated, beachside pool. Walk across the street and dine at The Back Porch or head into Destin for more dining options, just three miles away. Shop at the many stores of Destin Commons or take a short drive to the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. And for family-friendly fun, Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park is a mile-and-a-half from your door.

Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of July 2026.

Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter.
