Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit #902 is a very spacious two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 9th floor, directly on the beach.

Spectacular beachfront views from spacious 30 ft balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room.

Features:
Complimentary WIFI
Master bedroom - king size bed. Master bathroom has remodeled walk in shower.
Second bedroom has two full sizes beds. Living room has 60 inch TV.
Kitchen is fully equipped. Separate freestanding ice machine; Full size washer and dryer in unit.

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - $50.00 Daily Value (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

Damage Protection is mandatory.
Options:
(1) Purchase CSA Damage Protection (not refundable one-time purchase)
or
(2) $800 refundable damage deposit will be due prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after departure (if no damage occurs).

No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their
designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Checkout:10 am central time

We enjoy Destin we come every year. We loved the location of our condo. The condo was clean but did smell very musty the entire time. We thought maybe it was the water. We are not sure. One of the guest bed was also broken. Overall we had a good experience.ggggoodgoodexperience stay.

My favorite part of this condo was the fact it was on the 9th floor, each night we slept with the patio doors open. Listened to the waves hitting the shore every night. It was a great stay, our only miss was having all of our kitchen necessities that we would like to cook. They do supply you with things but itā€™s not the same, there was nothing stocked as far as seasonings, condiments. we were a little shocked but it is to be expected.

The balcony was large allowing the four of us plenty of room to enjoy the view. The sleeping quarters were nice and there was plenty of seating throughout the condo. The toughest part of the stay was entering and exiting the complex. , as traffic can be very heavy and tricky to navigate the u-turn situation.

My husband and I enjoyed this condo very much! It was very comfortable and decorated beautifully. Lots of games were in the entertainment cabinet. The beach set up was a great addition! The wide balcony was nice. It wasnā€™t crowded or noisy. Building employees were extremely nice and respectful. I highly recommend this unit!

Everything was up to par except for the AC and the master bed. We had to close all the vents to make whatever room we were in cold while also running two fans. AC ran the entire time trying to get to 70 degrees. Condo only reach 70 degrees at early morning hours after running all night. Ac needs to be replaced Condo location was excellent, staff was amazing and security was a plus. Would stay here again in a different condo. Overall the property was pleasant. Beach was not over crowded.

What a perfect stay! Condo is better than pictured and right on a private beach that is not crowded (like everywhere else), yet Breakers is in the heart of the Destin Beach area. The balcony and itā€™s view is to die for! Wi-Fi works great! A/C works great! Beds are comfy. Couch is large and comfy. The master shower is huge and wonderful after a day at the beach. Washer/dryer is full size. Management was always quick to respond and help. The free beach chairs (so necessary!) was the cherry on top! We would love to come back soon!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation! The master bathroom is absolutely gorgeous! The size of the building meant not waiting for the elevator or battling a crowd at the pool. We will definitely rent again when visiting Destin in the future.

This property is modern and full of nice amenities. Beds were super comfortable. Can sleep on the couch too if a hard sleeper as the nearby ice machine makes noises (not noticeable during the day though). There is a nice variety of seating options on the balcony. We appreciated the complimentary umbrella/beach chair set-up too. It is a beautiful place to vacation at.
