Located in the heart of Destin along Florida’s Emerald Coast, Chateau Le Mer II is a beautifully landscaped, family-friendly complex situated in its own private community just off the popular Scenic Highway 98. A short walk(360 steps to be exact) away from Florida’s Emerald Coast and the famous “sugar sand” on our private beach.
Plan your day on your own personal front or back porch, consider all of the amenities we have to offer to plan a leisurely(or exciting!) day. Perhaps you would like to take a dip in the private, seasonally heated community pool or a game of tennis. Enjoy grilling out on one of the many community outdoor grills available in our picnic areas after a fun day exploring or take a relaxing stroll to local restaurants. The clubhouse is also available to rent for special occasions.
Our 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom condo sleeps 6 comfortably and offers space to spread out. This unit has been fully remodeled and furnished with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Beautiful brand new Carrara marble countertops/mosaic backsplash and stainless steel appliances will greet you in our fully stocked kitchen with everything your family could need in your home away from home. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a walk-in tiled shower ensuite. The second bedroom comfortably houses two queen-sized beds. A second full bathroom is conveniently located with access to the common areas. A utility room off of the back porch has a full-sized washer and dryer, making it easier to leave the sand at the beach. Linens are provided, but please bring beach towels.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February for this unit.
