Holiday Surf 321 is a completely renovated and beautifully decorated condo, professionally designed with a blend of mid-century style and vintage coastal charm that evokes comfort, nostalgia, and relaxation. This thoughtfully updated third-floor unit features hardwood flooring throughout the condo, with tile flooring in both bathrooms and can accommodate up to six guests.

The remodeled kitchen showcases Meridian gray quartz countertops, a subway tile backsplash, white upper cabinets, turquoise lower cabinets, and new appliances including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The peninsula is accented with vintage tin from the early 1900s, while the pantry door—dating back to the 1800s—adds a unique custom touch. The kitchen is equipped with a standard drip coffee maker for your morning routine. Just beyond, the dining area features vintage seating and a table that comfortably accommodates six guests The living room offers a welcoming retreat with a comfortable fabric couch, a ceiling fan, custom reclaimed wood beam accents, and a stylish entertainment center. Relax and unwind while enjoying the 65-inch TV with a DVD player after a day at the beach. The Gulf-front master suite features a king-size bed, balcony access, and a 55-inch TV with a DVD player. The completely redesigned master bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a tall toilet, a large vanity, light blue penny tile, and a reclaimed wood mirror that adds to the condo’s vintage flair. The guest bedroom features a custom-built twin-over-queen bunk and a 50-inch TV, making it perfect for families. The guest bathroom is equally well appointed with a tub and subway tile accents.

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.
