Just steps from the beach and Tiki bar, poolside will be your favorite place to be! The new facility boasts an expansive pool deck, zero-entry pool, large outdoor spa, bench seating inside the pool, and additional seating around the pool deck.

Our cleaning staff is taking every precautionary measure to make your stay a clean and safe one according to CDC guidelines, both cleaning and sanitizing. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., but please be patient if our housekeeping is running late. We strive to have a very clean unit.

This beautiful, sixth floor unit has been totally remodeled and is perfect for a family beach getaway. It is located within the Pelican Beach Resort.

The condominium has a private balcony shared by the living room and master bedroom offering a gulf-view towards the beach and emerald-green waters and long views to the East along the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico - perfect for enjoying our picturesque sunrises.

This is where you want to stay in Destin if you want to be directly on the beach and would like the option to walk to good restaurants, attractions, and entertainment to be found in the Central Destin area.

This two-bedroom/two bath condominium offers 955 sf. ft. of interior space with a 152 sq. ft. of balcony space. The condominium sleeps a maximum of six people and offers one of the area's most unique gulf views of the Destin beaches. This beautiful unit has everything you need for a wonderful and comfortable vacation. There is a southeasterly, unobstructed, and gorgeous view of the gulf and coastline from private balcony. Updated with wood-like tile flooring throughout, shiplap ceilings, new furnishings and stainless-steel appliances.

The living room has queen sleeper sofa with Cozy Comfort mattress, 70" smart TV, DVD w/streaming, and a stereo with Bluetooth capabilities. There is an assortment of DVDs, books, and games.

Master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination, and a 55" TV with streaming capabilities and Cox Cable Ultimate channels and a DVD player w/streaming capabilities with sliding doors accessing the large balcony.

Kids will love the guest room with twin beds and a 43" 4k TV with DVD player w/streaming. The guest room has an en-suite full-size bath with tub/shower combination.

The chef-ready kitchen has all small appliances, Fiestaware dishes, and fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes, and utensils and both Mr. Coffee and Keurig-compatible coffeemakers. All new stainless-steel appliances.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Cable and internet included. This is "streaming-friendly" condominium offering a new level (100 Mbps) of high-speed Wi-Fi Internet access … perfect for the entire family!

We try and keep an umbrella and two beach chairs in the unit for our guests' use. Beach service is not included with this unit. This unit has keyless entry and you never have to worry about losing your key at the beach or someone being locked out! The unit has books, games, and family-friendly DVDs. It is nice, bright unit with everything needed for a wonderful vacation on the beach. The balcony is a wonderful place to watch the sunrises and dolphins play.

This unit has a great view of the ocean, beach, and pools. The perfect location. It is near the elevators with easy access to everything the resort has to offer, including the indoor/outdoor pool, cafe, pool, and beach. The cafe is closed Nov. 1-Jan. 1 with seasonal hours during Jan. and Feb. The tiki bar is open from March 1-October 31.

During the prime season, both the cafe and tiki bar deliver to the beach! Pelican Beach has a Market Café which has a large menu consisting of breakfast and lunch items. It also carries incidentals such as sunscreen, sodas, beach toys, beer, and snacks. On site, there is a Tiki bar, indoor/outdoor pool, two outdoor pools, kiddie pool, exercise room, and game room. Linens, dishes, cookware, etc. provided. There is a rental company on the beach for additional chairs/umbrellas better March 1-Oct. 31. Beach service rental is not included.

Check out the toy box located on the beach before buying beach toys. It is a box where you can borrow sand toys, boogie boards, etc., and return them when you are finished. Or, if you purchase beach items and want to leave them behind for the enjoyment of others, you can place them in the toy box also.

The resort is located on the beach side of Highway 98 across from Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park. Within two miles, you'll find the harbor where you can enjoy waterfront dining, live music, fishing charters, boat and wave runner rentals, and all new Harborwalk Entertainment Complex including Harry T's, Crab Island Cantina, Margaritaville, shopping, & family activities. Baytowne Village is also a nice place to visit with lots of activities for children and families, restaurants, shops, and live music. On-site, Pelican Beach has a Tiki bar, café, exercise room, game room, indoor/outdoor pool, two outdoor pools, and two hot tubs.

With all of the amenities that the resort has, you never need to leave! But, if you do, there are lots of things within minutes that are fun to do. Harborwalk Village is 2.5 miles west with restaurants, shops, children's activities, and fishing charters, jet ski and boat rentals, etc. Destin Commons is 3.7 miles to the east and is full of shops and restaurants. There is the Fish Bowl Restaurant and Bowling Alley there which is very fun and family-friendly. The Silver Sands Outlet Mall is 8 miles to the east with shops and restaurants. SanDestin and Grand Blvd. are about 9.5 miles to the east with additional upscale shopping, restaurants, and a movie theater.

We also have other units located on the 5th, 6th, 15th, and 16th floors which are directly on the beach and sleep six. If you are traveling with another family, it makes it really convenient. NOTICE: ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS ARE ALLOWED ON RESORT PROPERTY.

NO PET POLICY: There is a strict no-pet policy at Pelican Beach Resort. Guests who bring pets into the unit will be charged a $500.00 cleaning fee and removed from the property. Guests are subject to a $250.00 fine by the resort.

NO SMOKING POLICY: Pelican Beach Resort is a non-smoking resort (this includes vaping). NO SMOKING IN UNIT OR ON BALCONY. Smoking will be allowed at the Tiki bar and in parking areas only. A $500.00 cleaning fee will be charged to guests who smoke in the unit or on the balcony.

Guests are required to complete and sign a rental agreement prior to arrival.

**PELICAN BEACH RULES**

"To provide a pleasant and relaxed beach experience for all, the following will be enforced on our beach."
• No tents, canopies, or similar structures allowed on the beach.
• No glass bottles.
• No dogs allowed on the beach or on resort property.
• Private chairs, umbrellas, and cooler set-ups are ONLY allowed behind the beach service set-ups.
• Parents are allowed on a temporary basis and for short periods of time to sit on their chair or towel while watching small children at the water’s edge. However, no coolers, beach bags, or umbrellas are allowed. Please respect the guests in the front row.
• Please keep music to a low volume at which only your immediate area can hear. Everyone likes to relax in different ways, so we ask that you’re respectful to all.
• Please avoid foul language.
• Pelican Beach Resort is a non-smoking property, including the beach. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. Smoking areas are clearly marked and permitted near the Tiki Bar and parking garage.
• Before leaving the beach, we ask that you place all trash in garbage cans located at our beach entrance. We appreciate you keeping our beach beautiful.
