Bursting with invigorating colors and decked with original paintings, each room boasts an energetic ambiance complete with comfortable furnishings and coordinated linens. The thoughtfully laid-out floor plan allows guests to move freely in the 1700 sq. ft. space and discover their own version of a beach adventure but never at the expense of convenience thanks to three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a fully-stocked kitchen, TVs in each room and a private laundry room. Additionally, assigned and covered parking along with private elevator access to 302 adds to the ease of a Destin vacation.

The 31 acres of Silver Shells Beach Resort and Spa hedged by Henderson Beach State Park and miles of pristine beaches are yours to discover during a stay at St. Maarten 302. On site you’ll find sparkling pool decks including hot tubs and children’s pools and the famous Ruth‘s Chris steakhouse featuring 3 bars and live music. Moreover, the location is fantastic! Golf courses, restaurants, Big Kahuna’s Waterpark, Destin Harbor and The Destin Commons are just a few minutes away.

This condo comes with 2 parking spaces, 1 in the garage and 1 on the parking deck.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Tents and canopies are not permitted on property.
Outside Guests are allowed with permission from the main association. If you will have visitors, please inform us as there are restrictions.
