Fantastic location, friendly staff

This location was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. Each day we were able to have plenty of room on the private beach, quick Uber rides to get into town, and the staff was more than accommodating for us. We had 9 girls and we all fit no problem - this unit specially was on the corner, which was also a huge plus. Would definitely recommend!

Beach condo

Great location, few steps from the ocean. Beautiful sunsets too. We enjoyed our 5 night stay.

Beautiful location, unit could be better

Views and location are amazing! There was plenty of room for everyone and loved being right on the beach. Unit and building seemed a little run down. Walls were all marked up and dirtylooking, furniture was stained. Looked like it needed a deep clean.

Senior ladies trip

Overall the accommodations were good. Loft rooms had box fans to help with the air conditioning. There is only one thermostat so the lower level had to stay at a temperature that was not comfortable in order to cool the upstairs. The T. V. is limited to only Cox Network and we would have preferred to be able to stream from our own accounts of Netflix, Pureflix, Prime etc. The remotes were locked out so we were unable to use streaming. We asked for help and they came and looked at it and said just to bring your own Fire Stick or Roku next time. The beach was clean and perfect for our seniors. The umbrella beach service was not the best I have ever experienced. They are not up until 9am plus for some reason they lower the umbrellas if it is going to rain. Light rain at the beach last only a few minutes so this was a nuisance since we lost several hours because it MIGHT rain. FYI, the surrounding umbrella services did not lower their umbrellas due to a possible rain event. With all this being said, we would rent this place again. The onsite office was very helpful and friendly. The landscaping was maintained and the walkways were clean. The balcony fits six adults comfortably but only 4 chairs are provided. Luckily we brought some folding chairs to use.

Nice Corner Unit, views.

We liked the unit very much. The space and layout of the the rooms, etc. was perfect for our family group... Unit could have been cleaner. For kitchen, the pots & pans, and misc. tools reminded of junk I bought in college. Good thing we dined out mostly. Construction Noise was pretty annoying at times. I will at least say they were queit in the mornings mostly.

Beautiful Non Crowded Beaches. Condo needs updates. Spring break feel to it.

Overall we were 100% Happy with location, and condo being so close to the beach. Henderson State Park is to your west and saw very few people there. Good fishing from beach (caught several lady fish or skipjacks) When you look to your east the beaches are very very crowded! Ours was perfect! Now for the condo. It had plenty of room for the price however needs several updates. Some of the furniture reminded me of what you might see in a college kids apartment. Also reminded me of some of the lower end condos I have been to over spring break when i was in college. For sure needs updates. BUT WE WERE THERE FOR THE BEACH AND LOVED IT. Also found a secret Great restaurant you can walk to. Camille’s is about 1/4 of a mile from you. We ate out every night and ended up going here 2 times. I Love key Lime Pie and this was by far the best I’ve ever had. Also bloody Mary’s in the AM.

Good location but the apartment require a lot of maintenance and furnitur change.

The apartment location is great, but the condition of the apartment is really bad for the money we pay .the bed mattress of all the beds are in very bad condition and require a change, you feel like in a water bed. In both bathtubes you can see the mold and we have to clean the drainege for the one upstairs, was full of hair and the water didn't run until we cleaning it. the carpet in the bedrooms is very old and dirty you don't want to put your feet down there with ourt your sandals, the tile floor also was dirty and is not a broom or mop in the apartment for you to cleaning it your self (you don't suppose to do it). We run into four cockroaches in the kitchen, on the floor and in the counter. The stucco ceiling in the leaving room and the balcony start falling apart. In general the apartment needs a lot fo maintenance, I give the 3 over 5 qualification because the location and the view, nothing us, We took care of the cleaning of bathtubs, handwashes, floors and kitchen the day we move, a lot of the comments about the apartment from previous users make us show up prepared. I'm very disappointed with VRBO to have places like this listed, This is our yearly family vacation and for the past 12 years i rented houses close to the beach and this was the first time we stay by the beach and i never encount the places we stay in this type of conditions.

great location/condo needs work

The location of the property was wonderful and the beach was absolutely beautiful. The condo needed some TLC. Work needs to be done in the bathrooms. Should have new shower fixtures and new tub/tub surrounds. Not fun to take a shower when you can see mold in the faucet handle! Would have also been nice to have a trial sized dish soap in the kitchen to wipe down the counters before we had a chance to get to the store.

Beautiful location but.......

The pictures are quite accurate for this condo. The beach is beautiful, location is about 2 blocks off the main road, which is great. Plenty of towels, though the kitchen towels were a bit gross, especially the dish rag. However, the negatives about the condo: - The entrance door needs to be more secure. It feels as if it can be kicked in quite easily AND the seal is basically non-existent. You can see daylight. If there were a driving rain, it would come right through the space between the door & door frame. - Communication is lacking with main office. When we checked in we were told the dishwasher was not working & it would be repaired. My husband asked the office on the 2nd day if it was fixed - 1 person said it was, then someone else told him that the repair guy needed to come back. We were never informed if this ever happened. - The condo does NOT have 'all the amenities'. You will definitely need dish soap & sponge (especially with a non-working dishwasher). It also came with 2 little bars of bath soap - that's it. You're on your own for everything else! - It appears that all condo has been updated very nicely. However, the bathtub/shower is very dated.....and rather gross. We found this location in error. We were actually looking at Crystal Beach near Tarpon Springs & did not realize we booked this one until the day we were due to check in. Therefore, be aware that the 'season' is different in the panhandle. That should be specified in the details. AND the unit should include 2 adequate beach chairs. The one that they have does not look like it would support the average adult. And, a heads up - the fishermen take up a good portion of the beach outside of the building. I don't know if it's only certain times of the year but they were monopolizing the beach for our entire visit.
