  • Take the elevator to this third-floor condo situated directly on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and see the sweeping views of the white sandy beaches from your own balcony! One of the larger units at the condo, you have 1000 square feet where you will enjoy the 1 bedroom, along with a hallway bedroom alcove with a twin/ full built in bunk bed and 2 bathrooms. This beautiful condo will sleep up to 6 people. It features tile and LVP flooring and a living/dining room looking right out to your balcony where you can relax and watch the waves. The fully equipped, updated kitchen with Granite counter tops will be a joy to entertain in. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo also has a washer/dryer for your convenience. So, come relax and enjoy this beach front condo that also offers a heated Beach Side swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a gas grill area for your use. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

The property is older but it was a great place and great location. The front desk staff were wonderful. The views were stunning. We saw dolphins every morning. The beach and water were unbelievable, must see. The kitchen was well stocked. The master bed was very comfortable. The condo needs some updating and repairs like the mirrored closet doors in the master bath needs replaced as the track is rusted. The pocket doors to the master bedroom were broken when we checked in but we called the front desk and they did a quick fix. Would definitely recommend this location and condo.

Reviewer Comments: We checked in on a Friday and other than a mysterious substance stuck to the floor in the Master bath (resolved with gloves and bleach wipes), our place was clean and smelled wonderful upon check in. The grounds and beach were well kept. The staff was friendly. The view from our balcony was amazing. We were able to chose whether we wanted to go out or stay in and eat...and that was pretty awesome. Looking forward to coming back.

The unit we stayed in was clean, comfortable, well kept, and had everything we needed. I really appreciated the washer and dryer in the room. The beach access and beachfront umbrella/chair setups were so nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a bedroom door that was off track when we arrived and it was repaired almost immediately. Thank y’all for a wonderful stay. We hope to return.

Great place to stay!

We had a great relaxing vacation. We loved how easy it was to get to the beach and also loved how this section of the beach was not as crowded as in front of the big high rises. We definitely will return to DBC our next stay!

Fabulous!

This property is the perfect size. The stretch of the beach is not crowded. But you can walk to areas that have more people. Absolutely perfect get away!
