Localizado diretamente na mais linda praia de areia branca e açucarada na Costa Esmeralda, com apenas três andares de altura, com 47 unidades, a nossa atmosfera é mais um refúgio à beira-mar do que um resort de arranha-céus, mas conveniente para restaurantes, golfe, pesca e parques temáticos. E o serviço de praia, que inclui um grande guarda-sol e 2 cadeiras de praia reclináveis, está incluído em todas as reservas de 1 de março a 31 de outubro.

    Esta unidade de 840 pés quadrados e de um quarto acomoda até 6. Possui uma sala de estar / jantar com um pátio com vista para a praia, uma cozinha totalmente equipada, um hall de entrada com alcova, um quarto principal com cama king-size e um sofá-cama queen-size.

My only complaints would be that it needed some new cooking utensils and minor upgrades inside the unit. We only had one tiny skillet to cook with. The location is perfect and the beach service is WONDERFUL! The staff in the office were great to work with as well.

Nice beach location

Good location. Right on beach in quite area. There was some confusion on which beach chairs could be used and which ones were reserved. The reserved chairs could not be used but no one used them most days.

So affordable and worth every penny. Condo is clean and has everything you would need to enjoy your stay. We were able to get into the condo upon our early arrival. Thank you!

Perfect for Quick Getaway

This was a perfect place for a quick trip to the beach. Loved that condo was directly ON the beach, not across any streets! Walked straight out to the beach and what a perk to have umbrella and chairs included. The condo was dated but that wasn't important to me on this trip. Kitchen has everything you need. King size bed was very comfortable. We didn't use the bunks but it is nice in a one BR condo to have extra sleeping space. Also very nice to have one and half baths! Although we didn't venture out, the location was right in heart of Destin near restaurants, shopping and amusement park. My only suggestion would be to remove carpet and upgrade to keyless entry, but that won't stop me from booking here again.

This unit is great as it has a washer and dryer and safe which some units don’t. Great view of the beach. Only thing that would make it better is a 2nd shower and a larger hot water heater.

Peaceful stay

Could use more towel holders also. However we still had a great time and will be back.

Reviewer Comments: Room was comfortable, tv did not work in bedroom but at the beach always too tired to watch it in there anyway...The shower drained very slow. Overall room was nice . Also dogs was in other rentals , which this is first time we seen dogs at this place... family had 3 dogs in one condo, just annoying at times hearing them. I’m not against dogs, we have them... just not on vacation.

The location was good and we walked to the Backporch several times. The weather was great, the staff were very nice and the beach chairs were a nice touch (beach chair attendants were great). We really enjoyed visiting in early October.

Fantastic property! Small, quiet, centrally located in the heart of Destin.

Will rent again! This property exceeded our expectations. It is directly on the beach. Friendly staff and grounds keepers. Condo was more than large enough for our family of three.

Had a few problems with the unit at the beginning but we were quickly and courteously helped. We’d highly recommend this for an extended winter stay that’s very quiet considering it’s central location and access to amenities.
