Great stay

We had an incredible time, condo was just as described. The location is perfect, everything you need within 5 minute drive. Location to the beach and pool was perfect. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful!

We had a great time on our vacation to Destin. The condo was perfect and a super close walk to the beach. Everything was very clean and the staff at the front desk were exceptional! We will definitely be back!

Great Location!

This ground floor condo was the best set up for a socially distanced vacation!! The kitchen was really the only downside - the smoke alarm went off each time we used to oven, the fridge door needs to be reversed so you aren’t trapped against the wall to get a drink out, and the dishwasher is teeny. If you are person that treasures good water pressure in the shower, this place has it! I would stay here again.

Love this place and ground floor is best

Only issue was the dishes seem to have been put up dirty so I had to rewash everything. Otherwise great.

Amazing beach front condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 103 has been my favorite condo at Holiday Surf and Racquet club. The layout is functional with the bunk beds that my kids loved. It was very clean and all the furniture was top notch. The best part is walking from the balcony and straight to the beach to grab your spot with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella included in your stay. We enjoyed the beach every single day.

First Floor Pros

I usually like a condo with ocean views. My daughter talked me into a first floor condo. View of sand dunes. However, the convenience of being able to go in/out of patio door all day without waiting on elevators while lugging beach stuff was so worth it!!

Only downfall was a crowded beach and laundry access. There are 2 floors for laundry. I was waiting over an hour to put my stuff in the dryer because of people that left their laundry in dryers.

All amenities were provided except salt and pepper shakers and the bed needs to be cleaned underneath. :(. We dropped something and looked under and it’s filthy. But you couldn’t see anything unless you looked. The place is wonderful, and I highly recommend it!!!!

August 2023 Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was exceptional and very clean. Very nice furnishings and newly remodeled. The property description is perfect and property is maintained and clean. This was the first time staying in 103 and really enjoyed it. Only drawback is you are unable to see the beach and water due to the sand dunes. We enjoy sitting on the balcony and looking out over the water. We have stayed at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club several times and have never been disappointed. If unit 103 had a gulf view, we would probably stay there every year. If a gulf view is not a priority, I would suggest unit 103.The umbrella and chair service is a plus. An excellent place to eat is Boshamps.

Things you should know.. Amazing condo

The club has someone at the desk 24 hours- when you check in, you are given a packet with codes for the condo door, gate, and passes. I was informed the day we went to the beach that when you book through VRBO you do NOT get beach service (no chairs and umbrella) so I had to pay out of pocket for this- total bummer- about $240 For the week- I’m the 1BR condo you are given 4 towels, 4 hand towels and 4 wash clothes- there is a linen exchange twice weekly (Tuesday’s and fridays) to get new lines… the desk can accommodate if needed sooner- washers and dryers are located on 4th and 6th floor ($2.50 a load to wash and $1.75 to dry) .. these machines too quarters and cards- again convenient…The condo itself was amazing… the air conditioning worked great, bathroom was standard but always had hot water, the beds and huge living room sofa were comfortable… I loved being on the first floor- easy and convenient- we will come back again… very family friendly establishment… it had the minimal silverware, pots and coffee maker-
