The inviting living room features a leather couch, a sofa sleeper, and a 55" TV with a DVD player—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The master bedroom offers a king bed, ceiling fan, and a 50" TV, along with a private en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and tall toilet. The guest bedroom includes a full-over-queen bunk bed, ceiling fan, and easy access to the guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo and tall toilet. Additional sleeping options include an ottoman/chair twin bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Holiday Surf 310 is conveniently located on the 3rd floor near the fitness center and is thoughtfully decorated with tasteful coastal touches and all the modern comforts of home. Step out onto the open-air balcony to enjoy sunrise views over the sugar-white sand and sparkling emerald-green Gulf waters. This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.
