"House was clean and Jeff was very communicative and accommodating. Location served our needs very well, being 15-20 min from downtown and many attractions. Easy to find and navigate, easy to care for, femced yard; close to walmart, king soopers, liquor stores, gas stations, and dollar tree. Very appropriately priced. Our family of 4 (including 2 young, active boys) and small dog had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay."

"Property closely matched the description and was in a central location. From there it was downhill for our family. First, the locking mechanism malfunctioned leaving us locked out of the unit and scrambling to contact the host on more than one occasion. Second, the initial communication was child friendly then we were accosted for noise made by the toddler running around during the day. The host lives below the unit and our toddler played like he does normally in our single family detached home....

"This was one of the best stays I have had in a long time! I would highly recommend this location to any travelling Broncos fan. The walk to and from the stadium was so easy and the location was no more than 15minute car ride from anything we wanted to do. Plus the communication was amazing, All questions and messages were answered in minutes. Couldn't have been better."
