The yard is fully fenced for your peace of mind, and when it’s time to head out, you’ll have parking for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway, plus plenty of street parking. Please note that guests do not have access to park in the garage.

The living room invites you to kick back in style, featuring a comfortable sectional and a large TV for entertainment. Gather at the dining table, perfect for shared meals, board games, or catching up after a day of adventure. A washer and dryer are conveniently located for your use. Downstairs, a second living room in the basement offers the perfect spot for a cozy movie night. Please note, there is a low-hanging pipe in the basement that is about 6 feet tall. Please note our home does not have central AC, but there are four window AC units, which make the home very comfortable.


🌟🌟 KITCHEN🌟🌟
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook like a pro, from cookware and bakeware to stylish dishware. Start your mornings with the drip or Keurig coffee maker, complete with a generous supply of complimentary coffee grinds (bring your own K-Cups). The basement features a small kitchenette, but please note the fridge is locked off, and the dishwasher is not operational.


LOW CEILING: The basement has low-hanging pipes with a clearance of less than 6’3”. Guests taller than this should take care when moving around the basement area.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Cameras monitor the front door, back door, and backyard. There are no cameras inside the property.

Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.
