The Space: Our thoughtfully designed, two-story home is the perfect base for your Colorado adventure! Nestled in a charming, tree-lined neighborhood in South Denver, you’ll enjoy a peaceful retreat while staying just moments from the action. With quick access to I-25, South Broadway, and the nearby Broadway Light Rail Station, exploring downtown, Union Station, and even Denver International Airport is effortless.
Step inside to find beautiful hardwood floors, stylish new furnishings, and an inviting, open layout. The main-level living space offers cozy seating and a flat-screen TV with Roku, while the adjacent dining area and fully equipped kitchen—with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials—make it easy to cook and gather. Two queen bedrooms, connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, provide a restful night’s sleep, and a Pack ‘n Play is available for little travelers.
Downstairs, a second living area offers even more space to unwind, complete with a sofa, a second TV, and a wet bar with a wine fridge. You’ll also find a third queen bedroom and an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.
Outside, your furry friend will love the large, fenced backyard, and with a provided dog bed and bowl, they’ll feel right at home (pet fee applies). Street parking is plentiful, making this home as convenient as it is comfortable. Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. This home has a strong mold odor immediately upon entry, which is significantly worse in the basement and bathrooms. The environment felt unsafe to stay in. I reached out to the owners about these concerns, but they did not choose to take any action to address the issue.

Impeccably clean! Super cute house with great kitchen. Only thing holding back a 5 star is the lower level did feel like you were in a basement and there was no AC vent in smaller 21st floor bedroom. Having said that I would rent it again. Great kitchen, cute & super clean are my musts.

Week stay in Denver with the kids
Check in was super easy. Management of the property reaches out with simple instructions a couple days before the trip. We were visiting Denver and the surrounding areas and this served as a conveniently located "home base" for many activities around Denver. We have two teens and two elementary school aged kids and this house was plenty of space for us to spread out and relax when we weren't out on day trips. The kitchen was well-stocked, had everything we needed to cook regularly and feed the family for meals we didn't want to eat out for. Thanks for making it easy to get away with the family!

Excellent Stay
This house worked out great for everything that we needed, we had a total of 6 of us, 3 couples and it worked great. The back yard was super for yard games and a BBQ. Location was so close to everything that we needed, and the light rail station was easy to access for our night we went to a concert at Mile High. There was some construction near by, didn’t hear it at all and even when outside the traffic’s of I-25 is minimal noise. The downstairs shower was broken contacted manager they asked if ok to send someone while we there, they were quick to respond. The shower didn’t end up getting fixed but it was still not that big of a deal for us. There were a few items that I suggested they add for utensils in the kitchen but again overall this was great. Will stay here again for sure, and I was very nervous as this was my first VRBO rental but once we arrived I felt completely fine with it all.

Great stay overall, but major inconvenience with the fridgeWe stayed for four nights over Mother's Day weekend as a family of 4 adults and two small children. The home was lovely and suited our needs well in many ways. However, the refrigerator/freezer was completely out of order when we arrived, which was a major inconvenience for a family our size planning meals for a long weekend.The owner/management responded quickly and sent someone to check on it, but we were told it needed a new compressor—so it wasn’t going to be fixed during our stay. There was only a very small wine fridge on-site, so we had to go out and purchase two coolers and keep them stocked with ice throughout the weekend.While this issue didn’t ruin our time together, it was definitely disappointing and added extra hassle to what should have been a relaxing family getaway. The host was responsive and apologetic, but unfortunately, no monetary compensation was offered for the inconvenience, which felt a bit unsatisfying. Otherwise, the home was lovely and had everything we needed. Close to i-25 so when you are in the back yard you hear it, but inside was silent! Great windows! I would definitely stay here again...I know the fridge will be fixed! :)

Weekend in Denver
Family group of 7 in town for a memorial service. This house was perfect for our group, easy access to the highway, Cherry Creek, coffee shops and all the activities we had. We all enjoyed our stay and the house was clean and comfortable.
